Claims (12)
- Sichtrad (1) aus einem Sinterwerkstoff für einen Windsichter mit von der Sichtluft entgegen seiner Schleuderrichtung von außen nach innen durchströmten, kranzförmig angeordneten, parallel zur Drehachse (6) verlaufenden Schaufeln (8) zwischen einer die Sichtradnabe (2) tragenden Kreisscheibe (3) und einer ringförmigen Deckscheibe (4), bei dem die Bohrung in der Sichtradwelle eine im Querschnitt halbkreisförmig ausgebildete Nut (9) zur Aufnahme einer entsprechend geformten Paßfeder für die Drehmomentenübertragung aufweist und bei dem die Strömungskanäle (7) zwischen den Schaufeln (8) durch parallel zueinander und in Richtung der Drehachse (6) verlaufende Flächen der Schaufeln (8) gebildet werden und diese Flächen im Übergangsbereich zur Kreisscheibe (3) bzw. Deckscheibe (4) durch eine Bogenfläche miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichtrad (1) aus einfach gestalteten zylindrischen Ringelementen (2, 3, 4 und 5) zusammengesetzt, die miteinander durch ein in Fugen zwischen den Ringelementen eingebrachtes, sich verfestigendes Füllmittel verbunden sind.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringelemente (2, 3, 4 und 5) vor dem Zusammenfügen auf Fertigmaß bearbeitet und ausgewuchtet sind.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllmittel ein Klebstoff ist.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllmittel ein Lötmetall ist.
- Sichtrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Fugen (10, 11 und 12) zwischen den Ringelementen (2, 3, 4 und 5) maximal 0,1 mm beträgt.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur zentrischen Justierung der Ringelemente (2, 3, 4 und 5) und zur Einhaltung einer gleichbleibenden Fugenbreite gleichmäßig am Umfang verteilt in die Fugen eingelegte schmale Distanzstreifen dienen.
- Sichtrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sichtradnabe (2), die Kreisscheibe (3), die Deckscheibe (4) und der als einteiliges Rohrstück (5) geformte Schaufelkranz mit Schaufeln (8) die das Sichtrad (1) bildenden Ringelemente sind.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kreisscheibe (3) und Deckscheibe (4) in das Rohrstück (5) eingefügt sind, wobei die äußeren Stirnflächen von Rohrstück (5) und Kreisscheibe (3) bzw. Rohrstück (5) und Deckscheibe (4) jeweils in einer Ebene liegen.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur axialen Fixierung von Kreisscheibe (3) und Deckscheibe (4) ringförmige Anschlagflächen in das Rohrstück (5) eingearbeitet sind.
- Sichtrad nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Fugen (10, 11, 12) begrenzenden Flächen von Kreisscheibe (3) und Rohrstück (5) bzw. Deckscheibe (4) und Rohrstück (5) als Konusflächen ausgebildet sind.
- Sichtrad nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sichtradnabe (2) und Kreisscheibe (3) in einem Stück gefertigt sind.
- Sichtrad nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Abstand einer die Begrenzungsflächen eines Strömungskanals (7) verbindenden Bogenfläche zur benachbarten Stirnfläche des Rohrstücks (5) mindestens gleich der Dicke der Kreisscheibe (3) bzw. der Deckscheibe (4) ist.
