- und zwischen den Seitenscheiben angeordneten, radial zur Drehachse des Schleuderrades ausgerichteten Schleuderrad-Schaufeln, die an ihren Flanken an den Seitenscheiben über Sicherungselemente fixiert gehalten sind.

Claims (3)
- Schleuderrad (200) für eine Schleuderstrahlanlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Gegenständen, bestehend auseinem zentrisch angeordneten Verteilerrad (100),das an einem Wellenzapfen (1) einer Antriebswelle mittels einer zentralen Schraube (8) befestigt ist,und das aus zwei getrennten Elementen besteht, nämlichaus einem Impellerboden (2),aus einer teilweise offenen Impellerhülse (3), die mit einem Innenflansch (10) versehen ist, der von der Peripherie des Impellerbodens überlappt ist und der bei Anzug der zentralen Schraube (8) zusammen mit der Impellerhülse (3) in Richtung Wellenzapfen (1) gedrückt ist,zwei in gegenseitigem Abstand und parallel am Verteilerrad angeordneten Seitenscheiben (4, 5),und zwischen den Seitenscheiben angeordneten, radial zur Drehachse des Schleuderrades ausgerichteten Schleuderrad-Schaufeln (6), die an ihren Flanken an den Seitenscheiben (4,5,) über Sicherungselemente fixiert gehalten sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Wellenzapfen (1) von einem aus einer Seitenscheibe (5) und einer Nabe (16) bestehenden Kranzelement (30) umgeben ist, in dem sich mehrere Bohrungen (17) befinden,
und daß die Impellerhülse (3) über mehrere um den Wellenzapfen herum angeordnete Sicherungsstifte oder -schrauben (15) im Bereich des Wellenzapfens (1) gegen Verdrehen gegenüber dem Wellenzapfen gesichert ist, indem die Sicherungsstifte oder -schrauben (15) in die Bohrungen (17) eingelassen sind. - Schleuderrad nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kranzelement (30) einstückig ist.
- Schleuderrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (17) innerhalb des Kranzelementes (30) von außen unzugängliche und unsichtbare Sackbohrungen sind.
