Claims (10)
- Gerüst, umfassend mindestens zwei Gerüstböcke mit hydraulischer Höhenverstellung, diese jeweils umfassend einen Rahmen (1), seitlich an Rahmenholmen (6) des Rahmens (1) befestigte Stützfüße (2), untere (3) und obere (4) Rahmenquerträger sowie einen Lastenbühnenträger (5), welcher mittels seitlichen Holmen in den Rahmenholmen (6) beweglich und höhenverstellbar geführt ist, sowie mit einem sich am unteren Rahmenquerträger (3) abstützenden Hydraulikzylinder (7), ein an einem weiteren Stützfuß (2.1) angeordnetes Transportrad (8) und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für eine Arbeitsbühne (9), wobei zur Bildung beliebiger Lasten- und Arbeitsflächen jeweils vorgegebener gleicher, kontinuierlich und gleichmäßig auch unter Last verstellbarer Arbeitshöhe die Hydraulikzylinder (7) identisch dimensioniert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mittels eines einzigen Hydraulikaggregates jedem Hydraulikzylinder (7) eine gleiche vorherbestimmte Hydraulikflüssigkeitsmenge zugeführt wird sowie jeder Hydraulikzylinder (7) ein Lasthalteventil aufweist, und daß das Transportrad (8) zur Vermeidung seitlichen Verkippens bei Lageveränderung des Gerüstbockes als Doppelrad (8) auf einer gemeinsamen Achse ausgeführt ist. - Gerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lasthalteventil jeweils integral im Zylinderboden (10) des jeweiligen Hydraulikzylinders (7) angeordnet ist. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lastenbühnenträger (5) Mittel zum Aufnehmen eines klappbaren Sicherheitsgeländers (11) aufweist, wobei im Transport- bzw. abgeklappten Zustand des Sicherheitsgeländers (11) dieses am Rahmenholm (6) fixierbar ist und Teile (12) desselben einen Transportgriff zur leichteren Lageveränderung des Gerüstbockes mittels des Doppelrades (8) bilden. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lastenbühnenträger (5) arretiert aufsteck- und austauschbare Adapterauflagen (13) zum seitlichen Fixieren und Aufnehmen unterschiedlicher Belagrahmen aufweist. - Gerüst nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am klappbaren Sicherheitsgeländer (11) ein Arretierungsbügel (14) angeordnet ist, welcher im Geländerzustand den Belagrahmen und/oder den Belag auf der Lastenbühne sichert. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikzylinder (7) am oberen Rahmenquerträger (4) gegen seitliches Verkippen mittels umgreifender Schelle (15) oder dergleichen gesichert ist. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikkolben (70) des Hydraulikzylinders (7) im wesentlichen mittig und gelenkig am Lastenbühnenträger (5) angeschlagen ist. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsbühne (9) mittels Tragwinkel (9.1) an der Lastenbühne (5) lösbar angeordnet ist. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Hydraulikanschlußelemente (15) am Zylinderboden (10) im wesentlichen im Breitenbereich des unteren Rahmenquerträgers (3) durch diesen gegen mechanische Beschädigungen geschützt angeordnet sind und erforderliche Hydraulikrohre (16) eng an der Außenumfangsfläche des Hydraulikzylinders (7) anliegend verlaufen. - Gerüst nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch
einen vorgegebenen Sicherheitsabstand (A) zwischen Lastenbühnenträger (5) und oberem Rahmenquerträger (4) im eingefahrenen, abgesenkten Zustand der Lastenbühne.
