Claims (8)

  1. Moule pour presse à vibrations, avec un chassis de moulage (6) d'une machine de moulage, mobile verticalement, avec des moyens d'amortissement (12, 13) et avec un insert (3) ayant une ou plusieurs cavités de moulage (4) pour le logement de masses coulables, notamment du béton pour la fabrication d'agglomérés, l'insert (3) étant raccordé au châssis de moulage (6) et étant disposable sur une table à secousses (1) de la machine de moulage (2), et le côté intérieur du châssis de moulage (6) et le côté extérieur de l'insert (3) présentant des saillies (10) et des creux (11) entre le châssis de moulage (6) et l'insert (3) pour le logement des moyens d'amortissement (12, 13) caractérisé en ce que les saillies (10) de l'insert (3) ont prise dans les creux (11) du châssis de moulage (6), et en ce que les moyens d'amortissement (12, 13) sont disposés entre les surfaces des saillies (10) et des creux (11) tournées les unes vers les autres.
  2. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement sont constitués de caoutchouc, de matière plastique élastique, de ressorts ou d'autres éléments d'amortissement.
  3. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement sont fixés sur l'insert (3) ou sur le châssis de moulage (6) de façon amovible.
  4. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement peuvent être serrés entre l'insert (3) et le châssis de moulage (6).
  5. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le côté intérieur du châssis de moulage (6) présente un creux (11) de section triangulaire et divergeant vers l'intérieur, dans lequel (creux) a prise une saillie (10) triangulaire correspondante de l'insert (3) et en ce que les moyens d'amortissement sont placés entre la saillie (10) et le creux (11).
  6. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement sont posés entre les côtés adjacents de la saillie (10) et du creux (11) sous forme de plaques d'amortissement (12, 13).
  7. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'amortissement (12, 13) peuvent être serrées, sur les côtés transversaux, à l'aide d'une ou de plusieurs pièces de pression (15) et de vis (16) par le côté inférieur du châssis de moulage (6).
  8. Moule pour presse à vibrations suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'amortissement (12, 13) peuvent être serrées, sur les côtés transversaux et sur les côtés longitudinaux du châssis de moulage (6) et de l'insert (3), à l'aide d'une ou de plusieurs pièces de pression (15) et de vis (16) par le côté inférieur du châssis de moulage (6).
