Definitions
- the invention relates to a stair construction element for renovating a stair step, which has a step with butt edge and an adjusting step, the Stair construction element covering the step to be renovated, at least in some areas Tread plate with butt section and a setting plate, which in turn in Area of the butt section is connected to the tread plate and at least in some areas covers the control level.
- a corresponding staircase component is an example of DE 92 14 772 U1 remove.
- the stair component consists of a step plate and a Base plate, which extends over a along the abutting edge of the step Profile piece are interconnected. The outer surfaces of the profile piece and the the treading and positioning plates merge flush into one another.
- a Spackle glue used, which also the space between the shelf and the level fills out.
- a corresponding stair element is unsuitable for the renovation of Steps that have a protruding butt edge. Is also not ensures that the profile piece connecting the tread plate to the positioning plate strong force application does not break out.
- a kit for renovation is according to DE 87 07 245 U1 provided by stairs, the one to be applied to the step to be renovated Z-profile includes, which is screwed to the step on the one hand and on the other hand a step plate and a step leading edge strip can be attached, the additional are positively supported on a projecting web of the Z-profile.
- FR 2 671 822 Al is a multi-stage kit for renovating a stair step known, which comprises a stair nosing, one of which is flat on an adjusting step adjacent shelf and on the other hand a tread plate. To fix the position Stair nosing is at least partially embedded in mortar.
- a prefabricated covering of a step according to EP 0 061 707 A2 sees one Structure comprising at least three layers, which in the area of the tread edge over their full contact surfaces are glued together.
- EP 0 312 488 B1 is a profile with a W-shape with the control stage a step to be renovated screwed to the required support function to be able to exercise a step plate to be attached to the step. About a creak To prevent the old step, this is done by means of a new setting or Control level raised by a preselected amount. The new control level is between the profile and a new step plate running below it clamped.
- DE 80 26 427 U1 shows a step for renovating old buildings, the old control stage is covered by an aperture that is between a a projecting edge of a new step and the step edge of the old step running gap and goes up to the previous new step extends.
- the present invention is based on the problem of a staircase component type mentioned so that with structurally simple measures a renovation of a stair step is possible, while at the same time being visually appealing Appearance should be given. Furthermore, if the tread plate and tread edge area are composite elements, the latter even under heavy loads cannot be damaged without necessarily being used as a support The profile element runs between the step plate and the step or the profile element must be connected to the step.
- the problem is solved by claim 1 measures to be taken solved.
- the shelf can be used at least in some areas the target stage in particular by gluing.
- the butt edge at least in some areas by a support element such as an angle profile or profile strip is covered.
