Definitions
- the invention relates to a staircase component according to the preambles of the claims 1 and 10.
- DE 89 14 539 U1 is a kit for renovating the visible surfaces of a stair step with adjustment stage, whereby the kit is made of L-shaped elements existing substructure, which in turn with a walking surface or with a front ledge can be covered.
- the sections the substructure can be coordinated. This is as an option provided that sections of the substructure extending along the abutting edge partially overlap.
- a staircase element can be seen, which consists of a step plate and a There is a shelf that extends over a along the abutting edge of the step Profile piece are interconnected.
- a prefabricated covering of a step according to EP 0 061 707 A2 sees one Structure comprising at least three layers, which in the area of the tread edge over their full contact surfaces are glued together.
- a reinforcement profile is provided, which extends both along the step and also extends the butt edge.
- a tapering along the abutting edge tapers Thigh towards its end and overlaps the front edge of the worn step Completely.
- An at least three-part cover for a staircase to be renovated is from DE 88 15 008 U1 known.
- the individual sections are by a tongue and groove connection secured.
- the present invention is based on the problem of a stair component
- Construction of a cantilevered step with step and butt edge available to make a renovation possible with structurally simple measures is, a problem-free adaptation to steps with different ones Heights should be possible.
- the staircase building element should be visually appealing Communicate the outside.
- the longitudinal edge of the Butt edge covering the section of the cladding in some areas an L-shaped curved end element with a extends up to the cross leg extending below the step, which can be connected on the underside to the step, preferably is glued or screwed to the underside of the step.
- the end element is a curved one Molded plywood with veneer or a melamine surface on the outside.
- the Molded plywood can be a prefabricated part under high pressure the assembly is cut to the required length and height.
- the teaching according to the invention makes it self-supporting with simple measures To renovate a stair step, using the curved end element easy adaptation to the course or the height of the stair step is possible, without making changes to the tread area and the abutting edge in some areas covering cladding are necessary; because to adapt it is only necessary that the L-shaped curved element in height and / or width and / or Length is cut to the required extent.
- the invention is also characterized in that it extends to below the transverse leg extending across the step is less thick than that along the abutting edge extending leg (longitudinal leg) of the end element.
- the invention is also characterized in that an L-shaped support element such as Angular profile covers the stair tread on the edge side at least in some areas, whereby from a leg of the support element running along the abutting edge preferably a web-like protrusion on which runs along the abutting edge extending section of the stair component can be supported with its longitudinal edge.
- an L-shaped support element such as Angular profile covers the stair tread on the edge side at least in some areas, whereby from a leg of the support element running along the abutting edge preferably a web-like protrusion on which runs along the abutting edge extending section of the stair component can be supported with its longitudinal edge.
- the section itself can be accessed via the tread of the step to be renovated protrude and have a longitudinal groove running parallel to the step into which a Web-like projection of a step plate covering the step surface of the Stairway element can be inserted, the tread plate flush on the top Section merges.
- the problem underlying the invention is also solved in that the longitudinal edge of the joint edge in some areas covering portion of the panel is bent in an L-shape Closing element with a cross leg extending to below the staircase, which can be connected on the underside to the staircase.
- the teaching according to the invention makes it possible with extremely simple measures created to renovate a staircase in which the according to the state of the art Assembly of the stair construction element is not required.
- the step and the Butt edge with e.g. plates or moldings made of real wood or plastic if necessary, the relining required beforehand can be covered without Measures at the bottom of the stairway itself are required. Rather it will this through that of the section of the stair component covering the abutting edge outgoing end element on the edge, so covered on the edge side, so that Stair element forms a closed unit that looks seamlessly into the stair step transforms.
- the cover is preferably made of plastic such as semi-hard PVC existing edge band, whereby a web extending from this into a Longitudinal groove of the longitudinal edge of the section of the Stair component a cover can be inserted and locked.
- the section running along the butt edge protrude over the edge in the direction of the previous step can, without this changing the visual impression of the staircase itself, because the cover also acts as a veneer, which means that the underside of the stairs is also visible Damage are covered.
- a cantilevered step (10) is shown in principle, the Tread surface (12) and butt edge (14) of a multi-part in the embodiment Covering (16) are covered.
- the cladding (16) can be made, for example Real wood or plastic and have a structure that of Stair building elements ago is known for renovating stairs with steps are determined.
- the step surface (12) is covered by a step plate (18) which can be coated on the outside with a veneer (20) or melamine.
- the step plate (18) lies on the butt edge side on an angle profile (22) which extends along the Butt edge (14) extends. From the leg (24) running along the abutting edge (14) the angular profile (22) starts from a web-like projection (26) which is parallel to the Stair step (10) runs and on the one edge section (28) of the Cover (16) with its lower longitudinal edge (30) is supported.
- the longitudinal edge consequently ends at a distance from the other edge of the abutting edge (14).
- the section (28) of the cladding (16) thus extends in some areas along the abutting edge (14) and on the other hand projects with an upper section (32) the step surface (12) of the step (10) to be renovated.
- the top section (32) runs a longitudinal groove (34) into which a web-shaped section (36) of the tread plate (18) can be introduced.
- the step-side upper side (38) of the section (28) then goes flush into the tread plate (18) or the veneer (20) or the melamine layer.
- the section (28) of the lining (26) has a longitudinal groove in its lower edge (40) into which an L-shaped end element (42) with its longitudinal leg (44) can be introduced.
- the closure element (42) further extends below the Stair step (10) and is with its cross leg (46) with the bottom (48) to Example connected by means of screws (48).
- the cross leg (46) has a smaller thickness than the longitudinal leg (44). This has the advantage that the closure element (42) in the required Scope can be bent.
- the end element (42) preferably consists of a bent molded plywood, which has veneer or a melamine surface on the outside.
- the molded plywood consists in a known manner of several layers of wood glued together extend in the longitudinal direction of a curved end element.
- the staircase component (16) according to the invention consists exclusively of prefabricated parts adapted on site to the renovation step (10) become. For this it is only necessary that the individual elements in the required Scope to be cut.
- the molded plywood End element (42) is a problem-free adjustment to the height of the step (10) possible. Irrespective of this, both the longitudinal leg (44) and the Cross leg (46) to the extent necessary. The same applies to the length of the end element (42) itself.
- a cantilevered step (110) is also shown in principle in FIG. 2, whose tread (112) and butt edge (114) of a multi-part in the embodiment Covering (116) are covered.
- the cladding can e.g. out Real wood or plastic and have a structure that of Stair building elements ago is known for renovating stairs with steps are determined.
- the step surface (112) is covered by a step plate (118), which can be coated on the outside with a film (120).
- the butt edge (114) will covered by a strip (122) which with the tread plate (118) in the usual way connected as e.g. is glued.
- the strip (122) has a height such that its lower longitudinal edge (124) protrudes below the underside of the step (110) or the running board.
- a lower edge (124) is provided with a edge band (126) which e.g. out can consist of semi-hard PVC and onto which a flexible lip (128) is molded, which extends in the direction of the step (110) and rests on the underside (130) thereof.
- the flexibility of the lip (128) ensures that for renovating steps same strips can be used at different heights, since the lip (128) always to the extent necessary on the underside of the step to be renovated creates and thus forms a conclusion to this on the one hand and the function on the other a visual blindness.
- the staircase component according to the invention acts (116) as a new step, because of the edge band or the end element (126) causes the old stage (110) to be visually covered.
