Claims (30)
- Befestigung eines Bauteils an einem Hohlprofil, insbesondare von Bandteilen (9,11) von Türen, Fenstern und dergleichen an den durch Hohlprofile (3,6) gebildeten feststehenden Rahmen und/oder Flügelrahmen, wobei das jeweilige Bauteil von außen gegen eine Wandung (20) des Hohlprofils (3,6) ansetzbar und mittels mindestens einer Befestigungsschraube (12) daran befestigbar ist, die Lochungen in dem Bauteil und der Wandung (20) senkrecht zu dieser durchgreift und in ein im Innern des hohlprofils (3,6) an der Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) angeordnetes, mindestens eine Gewindebohrung (14) aufweisendes Befestigungsstück (15) einschraubbar ist, welches vor dem Einschrauben der Befestigungsschraube (12) der Länge nach durch das Hohlprofil (3,6) bis zu der Befestigungsstelle einschiebbar und an die Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) durch senkrecht zu dieser wirkende Kräfte federnd angedrückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsstück (15) parallel zu der Wandung (20) und quer zur Einschiebrichtung (E) im Innern des Hohlprofils (3,6) nach beiden Seiten ebenfalls federnd abgestützt ist.
- Befestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Befestigungsstück (15) Führungsmittel vorgesehen sind, mittels derer das Befestigungsstück (15) beim Einschieben und bei Annäherung an die Befestigungsstelle parallel zu der Wandung (20) und quer zur Einschiebrichtung (E) in die richtige Position bezüglich der Lage der Lochungen (13) führbar ist.
- Befestigung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Befestigungsstück (15) ein Positionierhilfsstück (40,50) zugeordnet ist, welches an der Befestigungsstelle von außen an die Wandung (20) des Hohlprofils (3,6) ansetzbar ist und durch die Lochungen (13) in das innere des Hohlprofils (3,6) eingreifende Vorsprünge (42,65) aufweist, die beim Einschieben des Befestigungsstücks (15) mit diesem zu seiner Positionierung längs und/oder quer zur Einschiebrichtung (E) zusammenwirken.
- Befestigungsstück zur Verwendung bei der Befestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit einem Körper, der eine Anlagefläche (16) zur Anlage an der Rückseite (20') einer Wandung (20) eines Hohlprofils (3,6) und mindestens eine senkrecht zu dieser Anlagefläche (16) verlaufende Gewindebohrung (14) für eine Befestigungsschraube (12) sowie ein federndes Element (25) umfaßt, welches dazu bestimmt ist, sich bei in das Hohlprofil (3,6) eingeschobenem Befestigungsstück (15) auf der Wandung (20) gegenüberliegenden Seite an dem Hohlprofil (3,6) abstützt und mittels das Befestigungsstück (15) gegen die Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) andrückbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Befestigungsstück (15) mindestens ein weiteres federndes Element vorgesehen ist, mittels dessen das in das Hohlprofil (3,6) eingeschobene Befestigungsstück (15) parallel zur Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) und quer zur Einschiebrichtung (E) nach beiden Seiten an dem Hohlprofil (3,6) federnd abstützbar ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der beim Einschieben voreilenden Seite des Befestigungsstücks (15) zwei längliche sich in einer parallel zu der Anlagefläche (16) gelegenen Ebene in Einschiebrichtung V-förmig spreizende, federnde, in der Ebene entgegen der Spreizung zusammendrückbare Flügel (30,30) vorgesehen sind, die mit ihrer Vorderkante (30') in das Hohlprofil (3,6) eingeschobenem Zustand zur Anlage an einander parallel zur Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) und quer zur Einschiebrichtung (E) gegenüberliegenden Wandungen (27,28) des Hohlprofils (3,6) bestimmt sind.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (30,30) zusammen ein V-förmiges Teil aus Flachmaterial bilden, welches in der Spreizebene derart abgewinkelt ist, daß die Fläche des Flachmaterials auf der Spreizebene senkrecht steht, und daß die Flügel (30,30) am Grund des "V" an dem den Federbügel (25) tragenden Ende des Befestigungsstücks (15) befestigt sind.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (30,30) in Einschiebrichtung eine Länge von dem 0,5- bis 1,0-fachen der Länge des Befestigungsstücks (15) aufweisen.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Anlagefläche (16) des Hefestigungsstücks (15) eine durchgehende Längsnut (22) vorgesehen ist und die Flanken (23) der Längsnut (22) Hinterschneidungen aufweisen.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hinterschneidungen als in den Nutflanken (23) angebrachte Quernuten (24) von rechteckigem Querschnitt und zur Anlagefläche (16) parallelen Seiten ausgebildet sind.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (30,30) gegen das Ende des Befestigungsstücks (15) hin auf die jeweils auf ihrer Seite gelegene Flanke (23) der Längsnut (22) zulaufen.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das federnde Element zur Andrückung des Befestigungsstücks (15) an die Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) als Federbügel (25) aus Flachmaterial ausgebildet und mit einem Ende in die Hinterschneidungen eingeschoben und darin in Längsrichtung der Längsnut (22) festgelegt ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (30,30) eine entgegen der Einschiebrichtung (E) sich erstreckende Zunge (35) aufweisen, die vom beim Einschieben des Befestigungsstücks (15) voreilenden Ende desselben her in die Hinterschneidungen eingeschoben und in Längsrichtung der Längsnut (22) darin festgelegt ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (25',29) des Federbügels (25) und die Zunge (35) der Flügel (30,30) übereinander in die Hinterschneidung einschiebbar und darin in Längsrichtung der Längsnut (22) festlegbar sind.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (30,30) durch eine zu der Spreizachse (39) senkrechte Kopffläche (31) verbunden sind.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (35) entgegen der Einschiebrichtung (E) von der Kopffläche (31) abgewinkelt ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopffläche (31) gegen die Stirnseite (15') des Befestigungsstücks (15) genietet ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federbügel (25) und die Flügel (30,30) als einstückiges Teil ausgebildet sind.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil ein Blechbiegeteil ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil ein Kunststoffspritzteil ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15 und 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Festlegung des Federbügels (25) und/oder der Zungen (29,35) in dem Bereich, in dem diese in die Hinterschneidungen eingreifen, eine Niederprägung (26) der Ränder der Längsnut (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß axial außerhalb einer Gewindebohrung (14) in der Längsnut (22) des Befestigungsstücks (15) ein Längsanschlag (32) vorgesehen ist, der die Anlagefläche (16) nicht überragt.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsanschlag (32) durch einen in das Befestigungsstück (15) eingelassenen Zapfen (33) gebildet ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihm ein Positionierhilfsstück zugeordnet ist, welches einen Körper (41,58) mit einer Anlagefläche (48) für die Vorderseite einer Wandung (20) des Hohlprofils (3,6) und mindestens einen aus der Anlagefläche (48) vorstehenden Vorsprung (42) umfaßt, der durch die Lochung (13) in der Wandung (20) hindurdführbar ist und auf der Rückseite (20') der Wandung (20) um einen die Tiefe der längsnut (22) unterschreitenden Betrag vorsteht, so daß das Befestigungsstück (15) beim Einschieben in das Hohlprofil (3,6) mit dem Längsanschlag (32) an dem Vorsprung (42) zur Anlage kommt, wenn sich die Lochung (13) in der Wandung (20) und die zugehörige Gewindebohrung (14) in dem Befestigungsstück (15) decken.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (42) durch einen in das Positionierhilfsstück (40) eingelassenen Zapfen (43) von einer der lichten Breite der Längsnut (22) entsprechenden Dicke gebildet ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Positionierhilfsstück (40) zwei im Abstand zweier Lochungen (13,13) in der Wandung (20) des Hohlprofils (3,6) aufeinanderfolgende Vorsprünge (42,42) aufweist.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Schwenkhebel (64) umfaßt, der an einem Ende schwenkbar an dem Posifionierhilfsstück gelagert und beim Einschieben des Befestigungsstücks (15) unter Verschwenken gegen ein Federmoment wegdrückbar ist sowie in verschwenktem Zustand mit dem freien Ende (65) auf dem Grund der Längsnut (22) entlanggleitet und beim Erreichen einer Gewindebohrung (14) in diese einschnappt.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (64) in einer Ebene jeweils etwa im rechten Winkel doppelt abgewinkelt ist.
- Befestigungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen die Lochung im Querschnitt nicht ausfüllenden, aus der Anlagefläche (48) vorspringenden, in eine Lochung (13) in der Wandung (20) des Hohlprofils (3,6) eingreifenden und sich gegen den der Einschiebrichtung (E) entgegengesetzten Rand der Lochung (13) legenden Anschlag (57) und einen durch den Restquerschnitt der Lochung (13) hindurchgeführten, den in Einschiebrichtung (E) gelegenen Rand der Lochung (13) hintergreifenden, zur und außer Wirkung bringbaren Haken (52) umfaßt, der das Positionierhilfsstück (50) auf der Wandung (20) festhält.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (52) an dem freien Ende des einen Arms (53) eines zweiarmigen Hebels (54) gebildet ist, der mit dem zweiten Arm (55) aus dem Positionierstück (50) nach der dem Hohlprofil (3,6) abgelegenen Seite hin vorsteht.
- Befestigungsstück nach Anspruch 28 oder 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als nach zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten hin offener Kasten ausgebildet ist, daß der zweiarmige Hebel (54) und der Schwenkhebel (64) im Innern (51) des Kastens angeordnet und schmäler als die Breite des Kastens sind und daß der zweiarmige Hebel (54) und der Schwenkhebel (64) auf federnden Torsionszapfen (56,66) in der Nähe des der Anlagefläche (48) abgewandten Randes des Kastens gelagert sind.
