Claims (12)
- Band (100) für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen,mit einem auf einer vorderen Befestigungsfläche (3) des feststehenden Rahmens (1) befestigbaren Bandteil (10),mit einem auf einer vorderen Befestigungsfläche des Flügels befestigbaren Bandteil (20),mit einem Scharnierteile (6) beider Bandteile (10,20) durchgreifenden vertikalen Bandzapfen (30), um den die beiden Bandteile (10,20) gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind,mit einem horizontal gegenüber dem Scharnierteil (6) versetzten blockförmigen Befestigungsteil (4) an mindestens einem der Bandteile (10,20), welches mit einer hinteren Anlagefläche (5) zur Anlage auf der entsprechenden Befestigungsfläche (3) bestimmt und mittels es von vorn durchgreifender, als von vorn betätigbare Kopfschrauben ausgebildeter Befestigungsschrauben (15) darauf befestigbar ist,und mit einer Abdeckung (12), welche zwei in einem Winkel von etwa 90° zueinander stehende Schenkel (12',12'') aufweist, von denen einer (12') den die Befestigungsschrauben (15) enthaltenden Bereich des Befestigungsteils (4) überdeckt und von denen der andere (12'') die dem Bandzapfen (30) abgelegene Seitenfläche (14) des Befestigungsteils (4) bis zur Befestigungsfläche (3) überdeckt und auf der Innenseite in die Seitenfläche (14) eingreifende Verriegelungsmittel trägt,
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsmittel mindestens eine in eine von der Seitenfläche (14) her zugängliche Ausnehmung einführbare Zunge (24) mit einem dem Schenkel (12') der Abdeckung (12) zugewandten Vorsprung (26) am freien Ende ist, der hinter eine Kante (32) in der Ausnehmung greift.
- Band nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (26) - horizontal gesehen - etwa im Bereich des dem Scharnierteil (6) zugewandten Endes (18) der Abdeckung (12) angeordnet ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Anlagefläche (5) des Befestigungsteils (4) eine horizontale Nut (25) angebracht ist, in die Zunge (24) eingreift.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (12) aus einem Strangpreßteil besteht, bei welchem die Preßrichtung parallel zur Scharnierachse (7) verläuft, die Höhe parallel zur Scharnierachse (7) der Höhe des Bandes (100) entspricht und auch die Zunge (24) als Profilsteg mitangepreßt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Zunge (24) ergebende Profilsteg zu beiden Seiten der Zunge (24) entfernt ist, so daß die Zunge (24) parallel zur Scharnierachse (7) nur eine Breite im Betrag eines Teils der Höhe der Abdeckung (12) aufweist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (24) praktisch ohne Spiel parallel zur Scharnierachse (7) in der Nut (25) angeordnet ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (26) eine Schrägfläche (27) aufweist, die sich unter Spannung in Längsrichtung der Zunge (24) hinter der Kante (32) des Befestigungsteils (4) verkeilt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sicherungsschraube (35) vorgesehen ist, die von der Rückseite des Bandteils (10) her schräg von der Scharnierachse (7) hinweg nach vorne durch das Bandteil (10) hindurch in die Abdeckung (12) eingreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Rückseite der Abdeckung (12) zwei einander im Abstand des Durchmessers der Sicherungsschraube (35) parallel gegenüberliegende Gewindestege (38,38) vorgesehen sind, zwischen die die Sicherungsschraube (35) eingreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindestege (38,38) als Profilstege beim Strangpressen der Abdeckung (12) mitangepreßt sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein von der Rückseite des Bandteils (10) her zugänglicher Kanal (33) vorgesehen ist, durch den mit einem Werkzeug (W) an dem Vorsprung (26) der Zunge (24) ein Angriff erfolgen kann, um den Vorsprung (26) von der Kante (32) freizuhebeln.
