Definitions
- the invention relates to a stab weapon according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a stab weapon is known from US-A-2 665 478.
- the previously known Stab weapon has a carrying part and a buckle for that Buckle up on a lower leg.
- the previously known stab weapon is used by practical use worn visibly, by pulling a locking pin the pointed blade moves from the rest position to a protruding position pivoted.
- Bodyguards or doormen of discotheques need weapons, that can be worn in such a way that they normally Not used, practically not noticeable and quickly in use and can be used without cumbersome manipulations and are effective.
- Firearms are used in such operations not always used, especially since pulling a gun out of a hidden one arranged halter always requires larger actions and by one enemies in the immediate vicinity can be recognized and prevented can.
- Thrusting weapons such as spring knives, also have to be used first from a hidden carrying part or holster, grabbed and released before they can be used. All of this takes time and movements that are not just a determined, quick-acting Can give opponents an advantage, but also the surprise effect, reduce the appearance of a weapon.
- the lock has a release element that is made of is made of flexible, tensile material and has a finger loop, and that the shaft has a supporting part and a buckle device, with which the stab weapon is attached to a person's forearm and attached can be.
- This stab weapon has the great advantage that it is already on one arm who usually carries out an attack or even an attack threat is already sufficiently fastened as it is for an attack necessary is.
- the stab weapon is firmly attached to a person's forearm. she does not protrude above the sleeve of a normal jacket, ends not in front of the wrist. The blade is complete in the rest position retracted inside the shaft, making it invisible.
- the lock can be triggered via a flexible element, as a flexible element Element come in, for example, a rope, a nylon wire or the like Question.
- the flexible element has a finger loop that the user can turn around puts a finger, the flexible element runs on the back of the hand. It is so tense that when you bend your hand in the area of your wrist and the first finger joints so sufficient tension on the elastic element is exercised that the lock is released. Then comes the Blade that is moved forward by the spring is released from the lock. The Blade either already reaches the above by the spring force Position, or still has to be moved into this, for example they by their own weight or by their inert mass during an attack movement be brought into the above position. By the Move your hand away from the shaft opening to close the flexible element tension and release the lock, there is no danger that the protruding Blade hits or even hurts the user.
- the blade locks in a known manner, for this purpose the lock is preferably also used.
- the lock In a deteriorated Execution can also have a separate lock for locking the above position.
- the stab weapon according to the invention can therefore not only be carried very inconspicuously, it can also be prepared very unobtrusively for use. This leads to a surprise in the attacked person, who thereby shows the desired reaction of the withdrawal rather than with the laborious preparation of a weapon according to the prior art.
- the stab weapon can be made very flat, so it is not noticeable when worn.
- the support member is designed and shaped so that it is cheap on the outside of a user's forearm. It essentially exists from an elongated, curved, rigid section made of plastic or Metal. For example, it can be sufficiently large from a plastic tube Be cut off inside diameter.
- the seat belt attacks directly on this support part and ensures a firm hold of the Support part on the forearm.
- the buckle is preferably made made of wide straps that end in buckles or in Velcro fasteners.
- a reset element which is connected to the blade and has a handle which is arranged in the vicinity of the shaft opening.
- the blade can be retracted into the stock without having to disassemble the device, the retraction takes place in the vicinity of the point at which the stock opening is located, so that the cover of the stab weapon according to the invention caused by items of clothing does not have to be removed, to push the blade back into its shaft.
- the restoring device is preferably designed in the manner of a towing coupling, a flexible cable engages the blade and is deflected at the end of the shaft, which is opposite the shaft opening, and then extends outside the shaft to the handle, which is in the vicinity the free shaft end, i.e. the shaft opening.
- the formation of the blade is arbitrary in itself. It can run flat be, preferably it consists of a base body and an interchangeable Top.
- the base body is either a profiled part, e.g. B. a square, or a round material.
- the shaft is corresponding educated. In the case of round basic bodies, it is advantageous to use one Avoid twisting in relation to the shaft. For example can be achieved by a longitudinal groove in the base body, into which a projection grips that protrudes inward from the shaft. This lead can Be lock.
- the stab weapon according to the invention has a stock 20, which is formed by a tube. This is open on one side, this side is called shaft opening 22 in the following.
- the shaft opening 22 is located in the shaft 22 according to FIG Blade 24 in the rest position, it can - as explained in more detail below will - be moved out of the shaft 20 (see Fig. 2) and is then in the above position.
- a releasable lock 26 which is in a Recess 28 of the blade 24 engages. If the lock 26 is sufficiently wide Lifted out of the recess 28, the lock 26 comes from the blade 24 free, so that it is no longer held by the lock 26.
- a spring 30 is arranged, it is a helical compression spring executed. It pushes the blade 24 out of the shaft 20, as soon as the lock 26 is released.
- the spring 30 is dimensioned so that the blade 24 by its action fully pushed into the projecting position. In this will held in turn by the lock 26, which is now in a recess 32nd engages which is provided in the blade 24. Through them u. a. also avoided that the blade 24 are pulled out of the shaft can.
- Recess 32 and recess 28 are interconnected by a longitudinal groove 34 connected, this ensures that the blade 24 is not opposite the shaft 20 can be rotated.
- the blade 24 is composed of a base body 36 and a tip 38, the tip has a thread that in an axial threaded bore of the Base body 36 can be screwed.
- Other training courses detachable attachment between base body 36 and tip 38 are possible, for example, bayonet lock.
- the shaft 20 is connected to a support part 40 along its entire length. It is about 8 cm wide and about 24 cm long.
- the support member 40 is a rigid part, partially cylindrical in shape. In the top view it is an im essentially elongated, almost rectangular part with strong roundings front and back in the area of the corners. Overall, it's shaped that it fits well on the outside of a forearm. Secure the roundings a comfortable carry.
- a buckle 42 provided with several belts. The two that belong together Belts can be tightened and closed. they form then closed loops together with the supporting part. Through the seat belt 42, the support part 40 becomes fixed to a forearm 41 41 held.
- the design of the seat belt device 42 is arbitrary.
- the straps are provided with a Velcro.
- a lacing is also possible, which is provided in the edge of the support part Engages holes.
- the buckle 42 versions are adopted, as they are also known for shoes are, e.g. B. closures with buckles etc.
- the support member 40 is preferably on the forearm 41 facing padded concave surface. The same applies to the inner surfaces of the parts the seat belt device 42. Comfortable wearing is thereby achieved.
- the lock 26 is connected to a trigger element 44. Becomes the trigger element 44 pulled, the lock 26 comes free from the recess 28.
- the trigger element is made of a flexible, relatively smooth rope and ends in a finger loop 46. The user puts it on a finger, for example the ring finger or the little finger, the The trigger element then runs over the back of the hand. By curving the Hand in the area of the wrist and the first finger joints that will Release element 44 tightened and tightened so far that the lock 26 released becomes.
- the rope of the trigger element 44 which is also called a thin, highly flexible Wire can be made of plastic or as a flat ribbon, is chosen so that it attracts as little attention as possible, so it is preferred transparent or skin-colored material used.
- Trigger element 44 made as thin as possible, which in turn makes it little appears.
- the width has proven to be very advantageous to make the finger loop 46 adjustable, e.g. via an actuator, Clamping spring etc.
- the blade 24 is at its rear end with a restoring element 48 connected. It consists of a flexible rope 50 and one Rod 52. The latter is guided in a tube that is directly next to the Shaft 20 arranged and connected to this. Rope 50 and rod 52 are connected. The rod 52 ends in a handle 54 which, is arranged conveniently next to the shaft opening 22. Becomes this handle pulled, (see Fig. 4, arrow 56) so there is a pull on the Rod 52, which takes the rope 50 with it. This is in a U-shaped guide, which is designed as a pipe section 58 out. By pulling the rope 50 the blade 24 is pulled backwards (arrow 60). If this happens so far that the Blade 24 with its recess 28 snaps into the lock 26 is the rest position reached.
- the Blade 24 can be moved back to the rest position without the stabbing weapon must be unbuckled, a sleeve covering the stab weapon pushed up must be done or other manipulations are carried out have to.
- the rope 50 is pulled back by an encompassing coil tension spring, it takes the rod 52 back to the starting position (see FIG. 2).
- a rod is not necessarily required. Through a cap 56 can the stab weapon is covered to the outside.
- the flexible trigger element 44 it has proven to be very advantageous to have the flexible trigger element 44 to be attached to the end of the shaft, as shown in dashed lines in Fig. 3 is shown, e.g. in the form of a wire.
- this part of the trigger element 44 for example in the case of defense, becomes the trigger element excited and also release the lock 26.
- a similar effect is achieved when the lock 26 has a relatively large mass.
- preferred training is Stab very flat.
- the blade is a flat piece of metal similar to a knife blade that glides over the surface of the supporting part can and by projecting from the support part or placed on this guide jaws or brackets is guided.
- the lock is preferred arranged to the side of the blade.
