Claims (5)
- Schuhverschluß mit einem Drehglied (25) und einer mittels eines Exzentertriebs mit diesem gekuppelten Seilscheibe (17) zum Aufwickeln eines Spannseiles (19) zum Schließen eines Schuhes die in einem Gehäuseteil (1) aus Boden (2) und axial abstehendem Umfangsrand (4) vorgesehen ist, einem mit dem Drehglied gekuppelten Exzentertriebzapfen (20), der zentrisch in eine drehbar und parallel zur Seilscheibe (17) verschiebbar geführte Exzentertriebscheibe (9) mit Außenzahnung eingreift, wobei die Seilscheibe (17) über an dieser angebrachte Triebzapfen, die in Kreisausschnitte (11) der Exzentertriebscheibe eingreifen, mit der Exzentertriebscheibe gekuppelt ist, sowie mit einer drehbar gelagerten, parallel zur Seilscheibe liegenden Abrollscheibe (5) mit einer Innenzahnung, an der die Außenzahnung der Exzentertriebscheibe abrollen kann, sowie mit wenigstens einer Ausnehmung (28) am Umfang der Abrollscheibe, in die ein Feststellglied (29) eingreifen und die Abrollscheibe gegen Verdrehen sichern kann, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:die Abrollscheibe (5) liegt auf dem Boden (2) des Gehäuseteils (1) auf;die Abrollscheibe (5) ist ein flacher, schmaler Ring, dessen innere Stirnfläche (6) die Innenzahnung (7) bildet und dessen äußere Stirnfläche (8) eine drehbare Führung mit der Innenwand des Umfangsrandes (4) des Gehäuseteils (1) bildet;die Exzentertriebscheibe (9) liegt auf dem Boden (2) innerhalb des Freiraums der Abrollscheibe (5) in der gleichen Ebene mit dieser;die Seilscheibe (17) liegt auf der Abrollscheibe (5) und der Exzentertriebscheibe (9) und greift mit den Triebzapfen (20) in die Kreisausschnitte (11) der Exzentertriebscheibe (9) ein;die Seilscheibe (17) ist zentral auf einem Abschnitt (22, 23) einer Achseinheit (16) drehbar gelagert;die Exzentertriebscheibe (9) ist mittels einer Zentralbohrung (10) auf einem von der Achseinheit (16) axial abstehenden Exzentertriebzapfen (15) drehbar gelagert;vom Exzentertriebzapfen (15) ragt ein zentral zur Drehachse (13) angebrachter Lagerzapfen (14) in eine Lagerbohrung (3) des Gehäuseteils (1);von der Achseinheit (16) ragt auf der dem Exzentertriebzapfen (15) und dem Lagerzapfen (14) gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Triebansatz (24) in eine Bohrung (26) des den Gehäuseteil (1) abschließenden Drehgliedes (25);der Triebansatz (24) ist mit dem Drehglied (25) starr gekuppelt;im Gehäuseteil (1) ist wenigstens eine mit der oder den Ausnehmung(en) (28) der Abrollscheibe (5) fluchtende Öffnung (27) vorgesehen, in die ein Feststellstift (29) eines Federbügels (31) herausziehbar eingreift.
- Schuhverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federbügel (31) aus einem offenen Federring mit einem abgewinkelten Feststellstift (29) besteht, daß der Federring die Umfangswand (4) klemmend umgreift, und daß am Federring im Bereich des Feststellstifts (29) ein Zugelement (30) angreift oder dort angebracht ist.
- Schuhverschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugelement (30) aus einem Textil- oder Lederband besteht.
- Schuhverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Innenseite des Drehgliedes (25) oder an der dem Drehglied (25) zugewandten Seite der Seilscheibe (17) Rastnocken (33) angebracht oder angeformt sind und an der Seilscheibe (17) bzw. am Drehglied (25) eine Rastfeder (35) gehaltert ist, die mit den Rastnocken (33) zusammenwirkt.
- Schuhverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Triebansatz (24) der Achseinheit (16) und die zugeordnete Bohrung (26) im Drehglied (25) als Mehrkant ausgebildet sind.
