Definitions
- the invention relates to a multi-layer composite block for surface fastening on a seepable surface made of at least one water-permeable Back concrete block and an attached facing layer.
- Such multilayer composite blocks are in the form of paving stones or Path plates used to secure traffic areas and serve the Purpose, accumulating rainwater over a large area in the water-permeable Deriving the substructure as completely as possible.
- DE-OS 40 22nd 586 on the water-permeable concrete block also a water-permeable one Front layer arranged, but with compared to Back concrete block is provided with finer continuous pores and thus coarse Prevents contaminants from the water-permeable back concrete.
- This water-permeable facing layer is inevitably one Exposed to pollution, causing the water permeability of the facing layer is affected.
- As a disadvantage for water-permeable facing layers it is also considered that the surface of the stone does not have any normal concrete blocks allows the same design, such as. B. by faltering, Wash, dye or sandblast. This is a design of traffic areas or places in the usual way are no longer possible.
- the invention has for its object to a multilayer composite create, on the one hand, the task of the water-permeable stone the discharge of rainwater fully fulfilled and on the other hand the allows customary surface design of traffic areas and squares as well as, in particular, good accessibility.
- This task is based on the multi-layer composite block mentioned at the beginning solved according to the invention in that the facing layer is impermeable to water.
- This waterproof layer can be made of normal concrete or a natural stone slab, which in a conventional manner with the Back concrete is firmly connected.
- the facing layer preferably has a thickness of at least 8mm, with layer thicknesses between 10 and 20mm as be considered particularly suitable, since then the surface of such Front layer in a conventional manner and without additional precautions can be shaped by stopping, washing, dyeing or sandblasting.
- the invention further provides that the side walls of the back concrete are provided with spacing cams, which have a joint width of 4 to 6mm cause.
- Such a joint width is sufficient to prevent seepage of at least 2001 / s ⁇ ha, which means that with normal rainfall the Formation of a water film is largely avoided.
- conventional impermeable paving stones or paving slabs is used for the same infiltration performance requires a much wider joint.
- This good seepage performance is achieved with the multi-layer composite stone achieved according to the invention in that in the pore space of the back concrete the rainwater entering through the joint is quickly absorbed and can be saved and then flow into the seepable subsoil. Because the back concrete through the waterproof layer is very well protected against pollution, the temporary storage capacity the rear concrete block hardly affected and thus the maintenance water permeability over very long periods of time guaranteed. This is particularly the case because the joint is preferred is filled with 1 / 3mm or 2 / 5mm grit so that penetrating through the joint Dirt particles through the much larger pores of the back concrete block easily carried away by the running rainwater and out of the Concrete block to be rinsed out.
- the back concrete block in the conventional way as one-grain concrete Grain grit of 5 / 8mm and / or 8 / 11mm and a small amount of sand is made.
- the single grain system is expediently such built up that an infiltration rate of> 2001 / s ⁇ ha is guaranteed, if the multi-layer composite blocks are laid with spacing cams.
- the facing layer made of normal concrete has another advantage, namely a combinability with normal concrete blocks on different contaminated traffic areas by using the heavily contaminated areas with normal stones and the less stressed areas with the multi-layer composite bricks be documented according to the invention without the diversity of Stones are visually recognizable.
- the multilayer composite block 10 shown in FIG. 1 consists of a Back concrete block 12 and a facing layer 14.
- the back concrete block is in conventionally constructed as a single-grain concrete using of grit size 5 / 8mm or 8 / 11mm with a small Proportion of sand and a high proportion of cement.
- the facing layer 14 consists of a conventional waterproof normal concrete with the usual sieve line.
- Spacer cams 16 are formed on the side walls of the back concrete, these distance cams over a relatively small Extend surface area of the side walls so that between the Spacer cams can be filled with chippings the full width of the joint.
- grit with a grain size of 1 / 3mm and / or 2 / 5mm used.
- Fig. 2 which in the area a spacer cam on the multi-layer composite blocks in the Represents cut.
- the joints and pores of the back concrete act as Buffer for the precipitation resulting from this buffer flow into the subsurface 18 in accordance with the seepage capacity can. Due to the thickness of the back concrete, there is a relatively large one Storage space available so that even large amounts of precipitation can quickly flow over the surface of the multilayer composite and the joint, which creates a film of water on the surface of the multilayer composite is largely avoided.
- paved traffic area may be necessary due to the small joint width required on the one hand and the design of the surface of the facing layer on the other hand, a particularly good accessibility can be guaranteed, the Surface as desired, by stopping, washing, dyeing or sandblasting can be edited. Due to the waterproofing of the facing layer pollution of the traffic area can also be easily removed since the dirt particles only deposit on the surface and therefore easily with conventional cleaning methods are washed away or ingested can. Basically, this also applies to the joint.
- the stones of the invention optically not of normal stones to differentiate and can therefore be application-oriented with these in everyone Kind used and combined.
