Claims (14)
- Eintreibgerät für Befestigungsmittel, bei dem ein Gerätegehäuse (1) einen von einer Gehäusekappe (24, 59) geschlossenen Ventilraum (22) eines Hauptventils aufweist, in dem ein Ventilkolben (25) koaxial oberhalb eines Arbeitszylinders (3) dichtend und gleitend geführt ist, der in einer unteren Stellung einen mit einer Druckluftquelle verbundenen Einlaßkanal zum oberen Arbeitshubraum des Arbeitszylinders absperrt und in einer oberen Stellung einen Auslaßkanal (43, 47, 48), der über eine Durchbohrung (29, 30) des Ventilkolbens (25) mit dem Arbeitshubraum verbunden ist, durch dichtende Anlage an ein Ventilsitzelement (34) absperrt, wobei der Ventilkolben eine untere Wirkungsfläche aufweist, die ständig vom Druck der Druckluftquelle beaufschlagt ist, und eine obere Wirkungsfläche, die mit Hilfe eines Steuerventils (15, 16, 17) wahlweise mit Atmosphärendruck oder dem Druck der Druckluftquelle beaufschlagt ist, und wobei der Auslaßkanal (29, 30, 43, 47, 48) mindestens eine Kanalöffnung (49) am Umfang (46) der Gehäusekappe (24, 59) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusekappe außen der Kanalöffnung zugeordnet einen drehbaren Blendenring (51, 66) mit mindestens einer Auslaßöffnung (54, 69) trägt, zwischen Gehäusekappe und Blendenring in Umfangsrichtung ein Kanalöffnung und Auslaßöffnung verbindender Verbindungskanal (47, 65) erstreckt ist, und der Blendenring (51, 66) zugleich abdichtend zwischen Gehäusekappe (24, 59) und Gehäuse (1) eingeklemmt ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaßkanal in der Gehäusekappe (24, 59) mindestens eine radiale Ausströmbohrung (48, 64) mit der Kanalöffnung (49) am äußeren Ende aufweist.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungskanal eine Ringnut (47, 65) am Umfang (46) der Gehäusekappe (24, 59) aufweist.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßöffnung (54, 69) schlitzförmig und über einen Umfangsabschnitt des Blendenringes (51, 66) erstreckt ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaßöffnung (54, 69) eine Luftleitfläche (55, 70) des Blendenringes (51, 66) zugeordnet ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blendenring (51, 66) einen L-Querschnitt aufweist, wobei der vertikale Schenkel (52, 67) am Umfang (46) der Gehäusekappe (24, 59) und der horizontale Schenkel (53, 71) zwischen stirnseitigen Dichtflächen von Gehäusekappe (24, 59) und Gehäuse (1) angeordnet sind.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusekappe (24) eine zentrale Gewindeverschraubung (45, 50) mit dem Gerätegehäuse (1) aufweist.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusekappe (24, 59) ein gedrehtes Stahlteil ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindeverschraubung ein Außengewinde (45) an einem hohlzylindrischen Kappenansatz (44) der Gehäusekappe (24) und ein Innengewinde (50) am oberen Rand des Ventilraumes (22) hat.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Steuerkanal (19, 21) des Steuerventils unterhalb der Gehäusekappe (24, 59) im Ventilraum (22) mündet.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerkanal einen Abschnitt (19) mit einer von der Gehäuseunterseite eingebrachten Sackbohrung (20) und/oder einen bei abgenommener Gehäusekappe (24, 59) durch geradlinige Bewegung zugänglichen Verbindungsabschnitt (21) hat.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkolben (25) oben einen hohlzylindrischen Kolbenansatz (28) hat, durch den die Durchbohrung (29, 30) des Ventilkolbens verläuft, der dichtend und gleitend in einer Buchse (36) der Gehäusekappe (24) geführt ist und der in der oberen Stellung dichtend am Ventilsitzelement (34) anliegt.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (36) außen abdichtend in der Gehäusekappe (24) gehalten ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (36) oben einen bis zur Unterseite der Gehäusekappe (24) erstreckten hohlzylindrischen Ansatz (42) hat, der radiale Kanalabschnitte (43) des Auslaßkanals aufweist.
