Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Verschließen von Behältern (11), insbesondere Zylinderampullen, Vials o.ä. mit Verschlußkappen (12), mit einer Fördereinrichtung (15) zum Zu- und Abführen der Behälter (11), mit einer Verschließstation (22), die mindestens eine rotierende Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) für einen Behälter (11) aufweist, mit einem der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) zugeordneten, drehbaren und axial auf die Verschlußkappe (12) hin bewegbaren Verschließkopf (55), und mit mindestens einer die Verschlußkappe (12) um den jeweiligen Kopfbereich (20) des Behälters (11) formschlüssig umformenden Einrichtung (63), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Einrichtung (63) zum Umformen der Verschlußkappe (12) ortsfest außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn des Behälters (11) in der Fördereinrichtung (15) angeordnet ist, und daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) und der Verschließkopf (55) gemeinsam um eine Achse (68) zwischen einer ersten Position in der Bewegungsbahn des Behälters (11) in der Fördereinrichtung (15) und einer zweiten Position zum Umformen der Verschlußkappe (12) mittels der Einrichtung (63) schwenkbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) und der Verschließkopf (55) auf einem gemeinsamen Gestell (23) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (23) mittels eines ersten Kurbeltriebs (72) um die Achse (68) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschließkopf (55) gegenüber der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschließkopf (55) mittels eines zweiten Kurbeltriebs (73) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der Zweite Kurbeltrieb (72, 73) mittels einer drehbar gelagerten Scheibe (71) gekoppelt sind, die mit einer Antriebswelle (70) der Vorrichtung (10) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschließkopf (55) dieselbe Winkelgeschwindigkeit wie die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschließkopf (55) und die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (25) mit Hilfe eines gemeinsamen Antriebs (46) gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Umformen der Verschlußkappen (12) eine Bördelrolle (63) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (64) der Bördelrolle (63) gegenüber der Drehachse der Fördereinrichtung (15) schräg angeordnet ist.
