Claims (13)
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstraße mit mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Werkzeugstufen (2, 3), wobei zwei benachbarten Werkzeugstufen (2, 3) eine Zwischenablage Stufe (4) mit einer Vorrichtung (5) zur Ablage und/oder zur Veränderungen der Lage des Werkstücks vorgesehen ist, die wahlweise zur Aufnahme von einem großflächigen Einzelwerkstück oder von wenigstens zwei kleinflächigen Werkstücken dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (5) einen auftrennbaren Werkstückablageträger (30) umfasst, der gemeinsame Verstellmittel zur Lageveränderung entweder eines großen Werkstücks oder zur unabhängig voneinander durchzuführenden Lageveränderung von mehreren kleinen Werkstücken aufweist.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablagevorrichtung (5) ein bis sieben oder mehr Freiheitsgrade ermöglicht.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablagevorrichtung (5) Verstellmittel (10, 11) zur Durchführung einer Längsbewegung der Ablagevorrichtung in und gegen die Werkstücktransportrichtung (6) und/oder Mittel (12, 13, 14, 15) zur Durchführung einer Hub- und Senkbewegung der Ablagevorrichtung (5) aufweist, wobei die Antriebe unabhängig voneinander erfolgen.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsbewegung der Ablagevorrichtung (5) über verstellbare Fahrschlitten (9) auf einem stationären Grundrahmen (8) und/oder die Hubbewegung über eine in Vertikalführungen (17) geführte Hubsäule (16) mit einem Antrieb, insbesondere Spindelantrieb (12 bis 15) erfolgt.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablagevorrichtung (5) Verstellmittel (34, 35, 35') zur Durchführung einer Schwenkbewegung von Werkstückablageträger (30, 36, 37) in und gegen die Transportrichtung (6) aufweist.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schwenkbewegung der Ablagevorrichtung (5) in und gegen die Transportrichtung (6) mittels eines schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkrahmens (19) erfolgt, auf welchem wenigstens zwei quer zur Werkstücktransportrichtung bewegbarer Schlitten mit Werkstückablageträger (30) und Schablonen (31) gelagert sind.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstückablageträger (30) mittels eines Führungsschlittens (20) relativ gegenüber dem Schwenkrahmen (19) quer zur Werkstücktransportrichtung (6) verfahrbar ist.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstückablageträger (30) über einen separaten Schwenkantrieb (21, 22, 32) zur Durchführung einer Schwenkbewegung quer zur Werkstücktransportrichtung (6) mit dem Schwenkrahmen (19) verbunden ist.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Schwenkrahmen (19) zwei und insbesondere vier Werkstückablageträger (30, 36, 37) montiert sind, wobei insbesondere jeweils zwei Werkstückablageträger (36, 37) über eine Absteckvorrichtung (38, 39, 40) miteinander kuppelbar sind und daß im endkuppelten Zustand jeder Werkstückablageträger (36, 37) in Querrichtung verschiebbar und/oder in Querrichtung der Pressentransportrichtung verschwenkbar ist.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkantrieb (21, 22, 32) für den Werkstückablageträger (30, 36, 37) wenigstens ein und insbesondere zwei Wellenenden (26) aufweist, an denen eine Andockvorrichtung (29) mit Fixierbolzen (27) vorgesehen sind, auf denen jeweils der Werkstückablageträger (30) aufsteckbar und abnehmbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise ein Spannelement (42) mit Umlenkbügel (43) zur Fixierung des Werkstückablageträgers dient.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusammensteckbaren Werkstückablageträger (30) im zusammengesteckten Zustand mittels seitlich an jeweils einem Schiebetisch (41) angeordneten Schwenkhebel (46, 47) von der Ablagevorrichtung (50) zur Durchführung eines Umrüstvorgangs abnehmbar sind.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Werkstückablageträger (30) über mehrere Absteckvorrichtungen (38) in mehr als zwei Trägerabschnitte (35, 36) unterteilbar sind.
- Transferpresse oder Pressenstrasse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Trägerabschnitte (35, 36) im zusammengesteckten Zustand gemeinsam am Schiebetisch absteckbar sind.
