Claims (11)
- Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung für einen Kran-/Bohrgerätewagen (13), die über Befestigungsmittel (1, 2, 7) an einem Ausleger (17) des Kran-/Bohrgerätewagens (13) befestigt ist und einen auf einer um eine Achse (A) drehbar gelagerten Schlauchtrommel (11) aufwickelbaren Hydraulik- oder Pneumatikschlauch (12) zum Betätigen eines Bearbeitungswerkzeuges (15) des Kran-oder Bohrgerätewagens (13) sowie eine Wickelrolle (5) aufweist, die mit der Schlauchtrommel (11) drehbar gekoppelt ist und ein Zugseil (6) trägt, welches beim Abwickeln des Schlauches (12) aufgewickelt wird und dabei eine Federeinrichtung (8, 10) vorspannt.
- Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch die Achse (A) wenigstens der Wickelrolle (5) und/oder Schaluchtrommel (11) eine hydraulische Zuleitung (3, 4) für den hydraulischen Schlauch geführt ist. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Federeinrichtung einen senkrecht zur Achse (A) der Wickelrolle (5) und/oder der Schlauchtrommel (11) angeordneten Zylinder (8) aufweist, welcher im Inneren ein in Längsrichtung spannbares Federmittel (10) aufweist, dessen eines Ende (9) mit dem Zugseil (6) verankert ist und dessen anderes Ende gegen die Verankerungsmitteln (7) gelagert ist. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federspeicher wenigstens eine Schraubenfeder enthält. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federspeicher miteinander gekoppelte Schraubenfedern mit unterschiedlichen Federsteifigkeiten enthält. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federspeicher parallel gekoppelte Schraubenfedern enthält. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schraubfedern pneumatische oder hydraulisch Schraubenfedern sind. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federspeicher am Mast des Kran-/Bohrgerätewagens befestigt ist. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wickelrolle (5) und/oder die Schlauchtrommel (11) mit einer Bremseinrichtung versehen sind, die die Drehbewegung bei Überschreiten einer vorbestimmten Drehgeschwindigkeit der Wickelrolle (5) bzw. der Schlauchtrommel (11) abbremst. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wickelrolle (5) und/oder die Schlauchtrommel (11) mit einer Rastsperre zur Zugentlastung bei abgewickeltem Schlauch (12) versehen sind. - Schlauchaufrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere Schlauchtrommeln (11) vorhanden sind, und daß diese Schlauchtrommeln (11) mit einer einzigen Wickelrolle (5) und zugehörigen Federspeicher in Wirkverbindung stehen.
