Claims (10)
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) zum Auf- und Ausspulen eines Seiles (14) einer Seilwinde (21), welche Vorrichtung (1) eine Führungsrolle (10) und eine der angetriebenen Seiltrommel (22) vorgelagerten, gegenüber der Seiltrommel (22) nach- oder voreilend antreibbare Seilfördereinrichtung (27) zur Zugbeaufschlagung des Seiles (14) zwischen der Seiltrommel (22) und der Seilfördereinrichtung (27) aufweist, wobei die Seilfördereinrichtung (27) wenigstens zwei das Seil (14) führende Rollen (7, 9) aufweist, und wobei eine der Rollen angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Rolle (7) und die Führungsrolle (10) im Bezug auf das einlaufende Seil (14) so angeordnet sind, dass das einlaufende Seil (14) in etwa einer Richtung senkrecht zur Seiltrommelachse zwischen der angetriebenen Rolle (7) und der Führungsrolle (10) in die Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) geführt wird, und dass das einlaufende Seil (14) zuerst die angetriebene Rolle (7) zu etwa 270° umschlingt, nachfolgend die Führungsrolle (10) zu etwa 90° umschlingt und weiter der Seiltrommel (22) zugeführt wird.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilfördereinrichtung (27) und die Führungsrolle (10) auf einem Trägerelement (6) angeordnet sind.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (6) schwenkbar am Rahmen (25) der Seilwinde (21) angeordnet ist.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilfördereinrichtung (27) auf einem Abschnitt des Trägerelements (6) und das Führungsorgan (10) auf einem zweiten Abschnitt des Trägerelements (6) angeordnet ist, und dass die Abschnitte zueinander abgewinkelt angeordnet sind.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seil (14) in der Seilfördereinrichtung (27) durch mehr als eine Anpressrolle (9) kraft- und reibungsschlüssig an der angetriebenen Rolle (7) geführt ist.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Rolle (7) hydrostatisch antreibbar ist.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je eine separate Antriebseinrichtung (8, 26) für die angetriebene Rolle (7) und die Seiltrommel (22) vorgesehen sind.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Trägerelement (6) ein Sensor (11), insbesondere eine Tastrolle (11) angeordnet ist.
- Wickel-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (6) durch das zwischen Seilfördereinrichtung (27) und Seiltrommel (22) zugbeaufschlagte Seil (14) am Rahmen (25) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
