BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 eine Seilwinde im Vertikalschnitt, und
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Seilwinde.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a cable winch with a rotatable cable drum core and a cable guide arm which is arranged such that it can be pivoted about an axis crossing the cable drum axis approximately perpendicularly such that a cable guide roller mounted on it at its free end can be moved over the length of the cable drum core.
Such winches are known. The cable guide arm guides the cable to be wound up in such a way that it is wound onto the cable drum core in adjacent turns.
The cable guide arm can generally be pivoted about a vertical axis and is moved by the cable while the latter winds up on or unwinds from the entire length of the horizontal cable drum core.
In the known winches of this type, problems can arise if the winch is at a slight angle, so that the axis of the rope drum is no longer horizontal and the pivot axis of the rope guide arm is accordingly no longer vertical. In such a case, the cable guide arm can be moved out of its intended position. Rope guide roller aligned with the last rope turn on the drum, by which gravity is shifted. if the pulling force in the rope is smaller. Similar shifts can also be caused by vibrations.
The object of the invention is to avoid such shifts.
The object is achieved according to the invention in a cable winch of the type mentioned at the outset in that a cable sensing element is attached to the cable guide arm, the free end of which lies on the circumference of the cable drum core or the winding and leads on the cable that extends from the cable drum core or from the winding extends to the cable guide roller.
The cable sensing element serves to determine the axial position of the incoming or outgoing cable directly at the circumference of the cable drum core or the winding and to hold the cable guide arm in such a way that the cable guide roller is aligned with this axial position.
An embodiment of the winch according to the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. In this show:
Fig. 1 is a winch in vertical section, and
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the cable winch.
The cable winch shown schematically has a frame with two lateral housings 1 and 2, in which a cable drum with a core 3 is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis 4.
The housing 1 and 2 contain drive devices for the cable drum, for. B. a transmission or a clutch (not shown).
On the frame is a cable guide arm 5 around a vertical, i.e. H. the cable drum axis 4 vertically crossing axis A is pivotally mounted. The cable guide arm 5 has two side walls, between which two cable guide rollers 6 and 7 are rotatably mounted, the center plane of which passes through the pivot axis A. The free end of the arm 5 is also supported by rollers 8, 9 on a rail 10 fixed to the housing.
The cable guide roller 6 deflects the wire cable 11 coming from the roller 7, which is indicated by dash-dotted lines, in such a way that it extends downwards on the pivot axis A to a further cable guide roller 12, which in a carrier 13 which can be pivoted separately about the axis A. is rotatably mounted.
During the pivoting movement of the cable guide arm 5, the cable guide roller 7 arranged at its free end moves over the length of the cable drum core 3. Due to the tensile force acting in the rope 11, the rope guide arm 5 is always adjusted so that the roller 7 guides the rope 11 during winding directly next to the last rope bypass lying on the drum core 3 (or on the rope winding already present on the same) and when unwinding from it pulls off last rope turn. The central plane of the roller 7 containing the swivel axis A passes through the point of ascent and exit of the rope on or from the drum core 3 (or the rope winding on the same).
Due to vibrations or - if the cable winch is slightly inclined so that the cable drum axis 4 is not exactly horizontal and the pivot axis A is inclined to the vertical due to the force of gravity acting on the cable guide arm 5, the cable guide arm can, however, be removed from its correct position described above if the pulling force in the rope 11 is small.
In order to avoid such adjustments of the cable guide arm 5 even with a small cable pulling force, a cable sensing element 14 with a free end 15 is provided according to the invention, which lies on the circumference of the cable drum core 3 or the winding on the same and leads on the cable 11, which extends from the cable drum core or extends from the winding to the cable guide roller 7. The cable sensing element 14 thus determines the axial position of the incoming or outgoing cable 11 directly at the circumference of the cable drum core 3 or the winding. The scanning element 14 and the cable guide arm 5 are connected to one another in such a way that they can be moved with respect to one another only in the central plane of the cable guide roller 7 which passes through the pivot axis A.
The scanning element 14 therefore keeps the roller 7 on the Aufbzw. Run point of the rope 11 on or from the drum core 3 (or the winding on it) aligned.
In the illustrated embodiment, the cable scanning element 14 is pivotally mounted on the cable guide arm 5, the pivot axis 16 of the scanning element 14 perpendicular to the central plane of the roller 7 or crossing the pivot axis A passing through the point where the cable 11 coming from the cable drum core 3 passes onto the guide roller 7 accumulates.
Preferably, a tension spring 17 anchored to the rope guide arm 5 acts on the rope sensing element 14 and pulls the free end 15 against the rope drum core 3.
In the side housings 1 and 2, three pressure rollers 18, 19, 20 are also held, which are spring-loaded in a manner not shown in order to press the wire rope 11 wound on the drum core 3 against the drum core. With three pressure rollers, the winding of the wound wire rope can be prevented.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the end section of the cable sensing element 14 which has the free end 15 consists of a cable guide tube 21 which is aligned with the pivot axis 16 and is connected to the same by means of two support arms 22, 23. The inner diameter of the guide tube 21 is adapted to the outer diameter of the rope 11. For adaptation to different rope diameters, the guide tube 21 or the entire rope sensing element 14 can be exchangeable.
