Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for winding and unwinding a rope on a spool, which is rotatably arranged in one or the other direction by a drive member.
- various types of objects can be lifted, lowered, moved longitudinally or tilted, the object being, for example, a gate that can be moved into a closed or open position, a window or a store, lifting platforms or lift systems can.
- the object is held movably in guides and it is then moved in the corresponding direction of movement by the rope acting on it.
- the rope is wound up several times when it is rolled up on a spool until it is rolled up with several layers on the spool.
- This spool requires a relatively large amount of space with respect to its outer diameter, especially if the rope is retracted or extended a relatively large distance got to.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a device of the type described in the introduction, with which - regardless of the length of the rope to be wound - little space is required in relation to the outer diameter of the wound bobbin, the rope is subject to less wear and tear and the device is simple in construction, and in addition, the effort required to unravel the rope is always the same.
- the object is achieved in that the bobbin is designed as a rotatably mounted spindle shaft, on which the rope, preferably attached to it, can be wound or unwound in a thread-like manner when it rotates, for this purpose a carriage is arranged on the spindle shaft so as to be longitudinally displaceable, on which at least one Cable guide element is arranged for winding and unwinding the rope.
- the spindle shaft is preferably provided with at least one thread, in the threaded groove of which the rope is wound or unwound on the one hand and on the other hand a nut contained in the slide engages therein, the slide moving along the spindle shaft as it rotates and the rope wound up and unwound simultaneously and with the same diameter.
- FIG. 1 shows a device 10 for winding and unwinding a rope 12 onto a bobbin, which according to the invention is designed as a rotatably mounted spindle shaft 20, on which the rope, which is preferably fastened to the spindle shaft 20, is wound or unwound as it rotates,
- a slide 15 is arranged on the spindle shaft 20 so as to be longitudinally displaceable, on which an arm 15 'and at least one cable guide element rotatably mounted on the latter and designed as a deflection roller 16 for winding and unwinding the cable 12 are arranged.
- the spindle shaft 20 is provided with a thread 22, in the threaded groove 24 of which the rope 12 is guided during winding and on the other hand this thread is in engagement with a nut 18 arranged in the slide 15, the slide 15 turning when the spindle shaft 20 is rotated moves along this and simultaneously winds or unwinds the rope.
- an end stop 29 is also indicated, which causes the drive element 28 to be switched off automatically when it comes into contact with the slide 15.
- a rotation of the spindle shaft 20 in a clockwise direction viewed from the left, unwinds the cable 12 and at the same time moves the carriage 15 to the right. Because both the slide 15 and the rope 12 to be wound up are both dependent on the thread pitch when being rolled up or unrolled, the displacement path of the slide 15 and that of the rope position per revolution of the spindle shaft are always the same. When the carriage 15 moves against the rope 12, it is unwound while moving in the opposite direction, i.e. away from the rope, causing the rope to wind up.
- the cable guide element provided as deflection roller 16 is rotatably mounted on the slide 15 according to FIG - Is led away in the direction of the thread pitch.
- the rope is wound up in an optimal manner, since there are no frictional resistances with the spindle shaft.
- the carriage 15 is longitudinally guided, for example, in a box 14 or the like and is thereby secured against rotation.
- the thread 22 embodied as a right-hand thread, it is important that the cable 12 is guided by the deflection roller 16 around the spindle shaft 20 at the bottom left, so that the desired winding and unwinding takes place correctly.
- the spindle shaft 36 is provided with a left-hand thread 36.1 on one half and a right-hand thread 36.2 on the other half.
- a separate carriage 35.1, 35.2 is assigned to both threads 36.1, 36.2, a rope 33.1, 33.2 and a deflection roller 16 for each, these carriages moving symmetrically to the center of the spindle shaft.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for winding and unwinding a rope on a spool, which is rotatably arranged in one or the other direction by a drive member.
With a device according to the type mentioned at the outset, various types of objects can be lifted, lowered, moved longitudinally or tilted, the object being, for example, a gate that can be moved into a closed or open position, a window or a store, lifting platforms or lift systems can. The object is held movably in guides and it is then moved in the corresponding direction of movement by the rope acting on it. In the conventional device, the rope is wound up several times when it is rolled up on a spool until it is rolled up with several layers on the spool. However, this has some disadvantages. This spool requires a relatively large amount of space with respect to its outer diameter, especially if the rope is retracted or extended a relatively large distance got to. The more rope that has to be wound up, the larger the above-mentioned winding diameter. The diameter of the coil on which the rope is wound cannot be reduced arbitrarily, since the rope would otherwise be bent too much during the first windings, which in turn would have a negative effect on its service life. Especially when rolling up, there is a certain amount of friction of the ropes coming to lie on one another, which has a negative effect on the service life of the rope. This friction also leads to an increased effort of the drive member rotating the coil.
In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a device of the type described in the introduction, with which - regardless of the length of the rope to be wound - little space is required in relation to the outer diameter of the wound bobbin, the rope is subject to less wear and tear and the device is simple in construction, and in addition, the effort required to unravel the rope is always the same.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the bobbin is designed as a rotatably mounted spindle shaft, on which the rope, preferably attached to it, can be wound or unwound in a thread-like manner when it rotates, for this purpose a carriage is arranged on the spindle shaft so as to be longitudinally displaceable, on which at least one Cable guide element is arranged for winding and unwinding the rope.
The spindle shaft is preferably provided with at least one thread, in the threaded groove of which the rope is wound or unwound on the one hand and on the other hand a nut contained in the slide engages therein, the slide moving along the spindle shaft as it rotates and the rope wound up and unwound simultaneously and with the same diameter.
With this device according to the invention, a rope, no matter how long it is carried out, can be wound in diameter in a very small space. This makes it easy to roll up and down Type solved and it is achieved that the rope does not touch during winding and therefore friction losses and wear on the rope can be largely avoided. In addition, the force required to turn the spindle always remains the same, because the same amount of rope is always lined up per revolution of the spindle and the winding diameter always remains the same.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, a rotation of the
The cable guide element provided as
In the
In Fig.4. and FIG. 5 further exemplary embodiments of
The
As a further development of this example, it would be conceivable for the spindle shaft to be composed of four threads, each with a slide that can be moved thereon, and thus two ropes are available on both sides of the spindle shaft.
The threads 46.1 and 46.2 could also be provided with different pitches, as a result of which, per revolution of the
The schematically shown
Theoretically, the slide could also be guided differently than via a thread on the spindle shaft, for example via an electromagnetic drive. The spindle shaft could then also be designed as a smooth shaft without threads.
The invention is sufficiently demonstrated with the exemplary embodiments described in detail above. Of course, it could also be presented in other variants.
