Dabei schwenkt die Rolle 6 um die Achse 9 mit, sodaß eine schräge Belastung vermieden wird. Die Achse 9 ist gleichermaßen die Schwenkachse für den Schwenkarm 10 der Zuführeinrichtung. Im Schwenkarm 10 wird das Seil 5 auf einer zweiten Seilscheibe 11 geführt. Im Inneren des Schwenkarmes 10 verläuft das Seil 5 weiter zu einer dritten Seilscheibe 12, die im wesentlichen über der Trommel 1 angeordnet ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß das Seil 5 die Trommel 1 im wesentlichen in der Schwenkebene berührt. Als Schwenkebene wird die Ebene bezeichnet, in der die Achse 13 der Trommel 1 liegt und die normal auf die Schwenkachse 9 Schwenkarme 10 ist. Zur Abstützung wird der Schwenkarm 9 auf einer Laufbahn 14 geführt, auf der er sich mit einer Rolle 15 abstützt. Als Radius R1 des Schwenkarmes 10 wird der Abstand zwischen der Achse 9 des Schwenkarmes und der dazu parallelen geraden 16 bezeichnet, die durch den Berührungspunkt des Seiles 5 mit der Oberfläche der Trommel 1 geht. Die Länge E der Trommel 1 ergibt sich aus diesem Abstand zwischen den beiden Schultern 2 und 3. Bei einem bewährten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beträgt der Radius R1 1000 mm und der Radius R2 3000 mm. Die Länge E der Trommel betrug 1000 mm. Dadurch ergibt sich, daß der Durchmesser der Seiltrommel in ihrer Mitte etwa um 25 % größer ist als an ihrem Rand.
