Description
Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Zuführung jeweils eines Blechzuschnittes (14) einer Reihe von Blechzuschnitten zur Bildung von Dosenzargen, welche Zuschnitte nacheinander auf eine Ablage (15) abgelegt werden, zu einer Fördereinrichtung (16, 17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Blechzuschnitt durch mindestens einen Flügel (2, 3, 4, 5; 2', 3', 4', 5') eines drehend angetriebenen Flügelrades (1), welcher bei seiner Drehbewegung die Ablageebene zeitweise durchsetzt, beaufschlagt und in einer Zuführbewegung in Richtung auf die Fördereinrichtung beschleunigt wird, wobei das Flügelrad derart mit ungleichförmiger Winkelgeschwindigkeit angetrieben wird, dass die Geschwindigkeit des Flügels bei der Beaufschlagung des Gegenstandes geringer ist als bei der Zuführbewegung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelgeschwindigkeit des Flügelrades jeweils nach der Zuführung eines Blechzuschnittes in die Fördereinrichtung gegenüber der Zuführgeschwindigkeit herabgesetzt wird.
- Anordnung zur Zuführung eines auf einer Ablage (15) befindlichen Blechzuschnittes zur Bildung einer Dosenzarge, zu einer Fördereinrichtung (16,17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung ein drehbar antreibbares Flügelrad (1) aufweist, welches bei seiner Drehbewegung die Ablageebene (15) schneidet und dabei den Blechzuschnitt beaufschlagt und diesen in Richtung auf die Fördereinrichtung beschleunigt, wobei das Flügelrad von einem elektrisch steuerbaren Motor (11) derart mit ungleichförmiger Winkelgeschwindigkeit antreibbar ist, dass die Geschwindigkeit des Flügels bei der Beaufschlagung des Gegenstandes geringer ist als bei der Zuführbewegung.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flügelrad mit mehreren doppelt ausgeführten Flügeln (2, 3, 4, 5; 2', 3', 4', 5') versehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flügelrad an seinen den Gegenstand beaufschlagenden Flügelenden jeweils mit einem federnden Anschlagnocken (6, 7, 8, 9, 6', 7', 8', 9') versehen ist.
