Description
Bei dieser Anordnungsweise können sich die zum Oeffnen zugeführten Druckprodukte aufgrund der kurzen Wegstrecke bis zur Oeffnungsvorrichtung nicht beruhigen, sodass der Oeffnungsvorgang nicht zuverlässig durchführbar ist.
Weiterhin ist diese Ausführungsform zum Oeffnen von Druckprodukten nur im Zusammenwirken mit einem Antriebs- oder Umlenkrad möglich und bei mehreren Oeffnungsstationen entlang einer Fördereinrichtung mit hohen Kosten verbunden.

Claims (17)
- Einrichtung (1) zum einsteckweisen Sammeln von Druckprodukten (2) in an einer um zwei voneinander distanzierten Umlenkrädern (7, 9) umlaufenden Fördereinrichtung (4) hintereinander geführten, quer zur Förderrichtung (F) sich erstreckenden und am oberen Ende eine Beschickungsöffnung aufweisenden, taschenähnlichen Aufnahmebehältern (6), die entlang einer Förderstrecke zwischen einer Zuführstation (10) für Druckprodukte (2) und einer Entnahmestation (11) der eingesteckten Druckprodukte (2) eine die durch eine Beschickungsvorrichtung falzvoran zugeführten Druckprodukte (2) öffnende, stationäre Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) aufweist, wobei die als Rotor ausgebildete und an der Förderstrecke mit der gleichsinnig verlaufenden Fördereinrichtung (4) einen gemeinsamen Oeffnungsabschnitt (14) bildende Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) gegenüberliegend von den Beschickungsöffnungen der Aufnahmebehälter (6) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oeffnungsabschnitt (14) einen Kreissektor der umlaufenden Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) bildet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) zuschaltbar ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) auf den freien Randbereich eines in einem Aufnahmebehälter (6) eingesteckten Druckproduktes (2) einwirkende Oeffnungsmittel aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) am Umfang des Rotors verteilt, den Aufnahmebehältern (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Oeffnungsmittel als ein auf einen freien Rand der rückwärtigen Seite des Druckproduktes (2) einwirkendes Greiforgan (15) und ein in das geöffnete Druckprodukt (2) einführbares Trennorgan (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Greif- (15) und/oder Trennorgan (16) ein an die Vorderseite eines Druckproduktes (2) zustellbares Stützorgan (17) zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) mit einem Motor (29), beispielsweise einem drehzahlsteuerbaren Elektromotor antriebsverbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) eine um eine quer zur Förderrichtung (F) angeordnete Achse (23) rotierende Nabe (22) aufweist, an der jeweils ein Stützorgan (17) und/oder ein Trennorgan (16) der Oeffnungsmittel befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stützorgan (17) und/oder Trennorgan (16) zur Aenderung des gegenseitigen Abstandes verstellbar angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stützorgan (17) und Trennorgan (16) schwenkbar um eine etwa parallel zur Förderrichtung (F) verlaufende Achse an der Nabe (22) befestigt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (15) einen an einem an der Nabe (22) gelagerten Schwenkarm befestigten Saugkopf (18) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkarm mit einer in eine Steuerbahn (47) eingreifenden Rolle (46) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachsen des Stützorgans (17) und Trennorgans (16) jeweils mit einer stationären Steuerkurve (37, 38) antriebsverbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachsen des Stützorgans (17) und Trennorgans (16) jeweils ein Zahnrad (33, 34) aufweisen, das mit einer Zahnstange (35, 36) kämmt, die durch eine Steuerrolle mit einer stationären Steuerkurve (37, 38) antriebsverbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabe (22) an einer entlang der Drehachse (23) der Oeffnungsvorrichtung (12) verschiebbaren Muffe (24) gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabe (22) eine zur Befestigung des Motors (29) vorgesehene Konsole (28) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muffe (24) mit einem die Steuerbahn (47) des Greiforgans (15) aufweisenden Flansch (39) ausgebildet ist.
