Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Festspannen eines Werkstücks (2) auf einem Spanntisch (1), mit einem auf dem Spanntisch (1) befestigbaren Führungsschuh (3), der in symmetrischer Anordnung über die Länge des Führungschuhs durchgehende, T-nutenförmige Ausnehmungen (35) aufweist, mit einer Spannklaue (8), die als Kipphebel ausgebildet ist und einen Spannschenkel (10) und einen Klemmschenkel (9) aufweist, und mit einer den Spannschenkel (10) im Bereich seines freien Endes durchsetzenden Spannschraube (11), die in der Spannstellung die Spannklaue (8) relativ zum Führungsschuh (3) festsetzt und das Werkstück (2) festspannt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Führungsschuh (3) und Spannklaue (8) eine einen plattenartigen Grundkörper (19) mit leistenartigen Vorsprüngen (21) aufweisende Lagerplatte (4) vorgesehen ist, die mit ihren leistenartigen Vorsprüngen (21) in den durch die T-nutenförmigen Ausnehmungen (35) gebildeten Umriß des Führungsschuhs (3) einschiebbar ist, daß der Führungsschuh (3) in seinem mittleren Bereich durchgehend einen Freiraum (36, 48) aufweist, der das Einschieben der Lagerplatte (4) und das Verschwenken der Spannklaue (8) gestattet, und daß die Lagerplatte (4) in ihrem einen Endbereich ein Lager (6) trägt, in dem die Spannklaue (8) schwenkbar gegenüber der Lagerplatte (4) gelagert ist, und in ihrem anderen Endbereich bis zu der Spannschraube (11) verlängert ist, sodaß sich die Spannschraube (11) in der Spannstellung an der Lagerplatte (4) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Befestigung des Führungsschuhs (3) eine Befestigungsschraube (43) und ein Nutenstein (50) vorgesehen sind, und daß der Nutenstein (50) bei rechteckiger Umrißgestaltung mindestens zwei Paare von gegenüberliegend angeordneten und gegenüber seinem Mittelbereich vorstehenden Verankerungsfortsätzen (52) aufweist, wobei ein Paar Verankerungsfortsätze (52) in ihrer Geometrie auf die Abmessungen der T-nutenförmigen Ausnehmungen (35, 46, 47) des Führungschuhs (3) abgestimmt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungsschuh (3) mindestens zwei in horizontalen Ebenen übereinander angeordnete T-nutenförmige Ausnehmungen (35, 46) aufweist, die über die Länge des Führungsschuhs (3) durchgehen und sich zu einem symmetrisch angeordneten Freiraum (36, 48) zur wahlweisen Aufnahme der Spannklaue (8) in zwei unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen ergänzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungsschuh (3) einen mit Durchbrechungen (41) versehenen Boden (40) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (6) zwischen Lagerplatte (4) und Spannklaue (8) ballige oder kugelige Führungsflächen (27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die T-nutenförmingen Ausnehmungen (35, 46, 47) des Führungsschuhs (3) und die leistenartigen Vorsprünge (21) der Lagerplatte (4) ballige oder kugelige Lagerflächen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 3 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die T-nutenförmigen Ausnehmungen (35, 46, 47) schwalbenschwanzförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (6) der Spannklaue (8) an der Lagerplatte (4) aus bolzenartigen Vorsprüngen (18) an der Spannklaue (8) und nach unten randoffenen Vertiefungen (25) in der Lagerplatte (4) besteht, sodaß die Spannklaue (8) in die Lagerplatte (4) einhängbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannklaue (8) im Bereich des Lagers (6) einen Mittelsteg (17) aufweist, von dem die bolzenartigen Vorsprünge (18) symmetrisch abstehen, und daß die Lagerplatte (4) im Bereich des Lagers (6) zwei beabstandet angeordnete Lagerschalen aufweist, die zwischen sich den Mittelsteg (17) der Spannklaue aufnehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerplatte (4) eine Länge aufweist, die etwa einem Drittel bis zur Hälfte der Länge der Spannklaue (8) entspricht.
