Claims (12)
- Spulen-Adapter (2,2a;8,8a) zum koaxialen Aufschieben auf eine Spindel (1) mit Garnspule (6) in einer Textilmaschine, mit einem hohlzylindrischen Grundkörper zur Aufnahme der Spindel (1) und einem oder mehreren, gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel zumindest teilweise schräg, quer und/oder radial bewegbaren Einrastmitteln (8,19,27), die einer in oder an der Spindel ausgebildete Rasteneinrichtung (13,30) zugeordnet sind, und mit in und/oder an der Zylinderwandung ausgebildete Führungs- und/oder Stelleinrichtungen (7,9,14,15,20,21,22,23,24,28,32), welche manuell und/oder extern derart betätigbar sind, daß sie den Einrastmitteln (8,19,27) Bewegungen (33) zum und vom Hohlraum und/oder zur und von der Spindelachse (10) des Grundkörpers erteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Einrastmittel als Schieber (8) ausgebildet ist, der in einer Führung (9) quer zur Zylinderachse beweglich gelagert ist und eine Lasche (11) mit mittiger Bohrung (12) aufweist, die teilweise deckungsgleich mit der Zylinderbohrung (10) des Grundkörpers ausgebildet und angeordnet ist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung als gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel (1) schräg, quer und/oder radial gerichtetes Federelement (14) ausgeführt ist, das gegen den Grundkörper, insbesondere dessen Zylinderwandung, abgestützt ist und am Schieber (8) angreift.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittige Bohrung (12) der Lasche (11) einen größeren Durchmesser als der Hohlraum des Grundkörpers aufweist.
- Spulen-Adapter (2,2a;8,8a) zum koaxialen Aufschieben auf eine Spindel (1) mit Garnspule (6) in einer Textilmaschine, mit einem hohlzylindrischen Grundkörper zur Aufnahme der Spindel (1) und einem oder mehreren, gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel zumindest teilweise schräg, quer und/oder radial bewegbaren Einrastmitteln (8,19,27), die einer in oder an der Spindel ausgebildete Rasteneinrichtung (13,30) zugeordnet sind, und mit in und/oder an der Zylinderwandung ausgebildete Führungs- und/oder Stelleinrichtungen (7,9,14,15,20,21,22,23,24,28,32), welche manuell und/oder extern derart betätigbar sind, daß sie den Einrastmitteln (8,19,27) Bewegungen (33) zum und vom Hohlraum und/oder zur und von der Spindelachse (10) des Grundkörpers erteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Einrastmittel als ringartig angeordnete, elastische Hakenteile (27) ausgebildet und mit dem einen Ende (28) so an der Grundkörperwandung befestigt sind, daß das oder die freien Hakenenden jeweils gegebenenfalls durch eine Aussparung in der Grundkörper-Innenwandung radial, quer und/oder schräg nach innen zum Hohlraum des Grundkörpers und/oder zur Spindelachse (10) federn.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stelleinrichtung ein axial verschiebbar geführter Lösering (32) oder -schieber so an der Innenseite des Hakenteils (27) angeordnet ist, daß je nach Schiebestellung das oder die Hakenteile (27) gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel (1) radial, quer und/oder schräg nach außen gedrückt werden.
- Spulen-Adapter (2,2a;8,8a) zum koaxialen Aufschieben auf eine Spindel (1) mit Garnspule (6) in einer Textilmaschine, mit einem hohlzylindrischen Grundkörper zur Aufnahme der Spindel (1) und einem oder mehreren, gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel zumindest teilweise schräg, quer und/oder radial bewegbaren Einrastmitteln (8,19,27), die einer in oder an der Spindel ausgebildete Rasteneinrichtung (13,30) zugeordnet sind, und mit in und/oder an der Zylinderwandung ausgebildete Führungs- und/oder Stelleinrichtungen (7,9,14,15,20,21,22,23,24,28,32), welche manuell und/oder extern derart betätigbar sind, daß sie den Einrastmitteln (8,19,27) Bewegungen (33) zum und vom Hohlraum und/oder zur und von der Spindelachse (10) des Grundkörpers erteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrastmittel als Wälzelemente (19) realisiert sind, die in oder an der Grundkörperwandung axial oder achsparallel (23) und gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel (1) zumindest teilweise radial, schräg (24) und/oder quer geführt und über den Zylinderumfangringartig verteilt und angeordnet sind.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stelleinrichtung ein Sicherungsring (21) vorgesehen ist, der die Wälzelemente (19) umfassend angeordnet, axial verschiebbar geführt (22) und auf der den Wälzelementen (19) zugewandten Innenseite hintereinander angeordnet einen achsparallelen (23) und einen Abschnitt (24) schräg zur Zylinderachse (10) aufweist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsring (21) von einem oder mehreren Federelementen (22) beaufschlagt ist, die am oder im Grundkörper abgestützt und zumindest teilweise axial oder achsparallel gerichtet sind.
- Adapter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein oder mehrere Federelemente (14,28), die gegenüber der Spindelachse (10) und/oder Axialebene der Spindel (1) zumindest teilweise in radialer, schräger und/oder Quer-Richtung mit dem oder den Einrastmitteln (8,27) in Wirkungsverbindung stehen und/oder baulich integriert sind.
- Adapter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper einen Verriegelungsteil (3) mit dem oder den Einrastmitteln (8,19,30) und einen Spulenmitnahmeteil (4) mit Eingriffsmitteln (5) für die Spule (6) aufweist, die gegeneinander axial verschiebbar verbunden sind, wobei diesen ein oder mehrere axial oder achsparallele Federelemente (7) zwischengeschaltet sind.
- Adapter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen oder mehrere Auswuchtkörper, die zum Ausgleich rotationsasymmetrischer Masseverteilungen im Adapter-Grundkörper, insbesondere im Verriegelungsteil (3) und/oder Spulenmitnahmeteil (4) bemessen und angeordnet sind.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswuchtkörper als achsparallele Anschlag- und/oder Fixierstifte (17) realisiert sind, die den Adaptergrundkörper durchsetzen.
