Claims (4)
- Sicherungs-Positioniervorrichtung für die, von den Lagereinbaustücken (2, 3), von Walzgerüsten (1) abgekuppelten, auf, ortsfest am Walzgerüst (1) angeordnete Haltenippel (HN1 - HN4) aufsteckbaren Kuppelenden von Versorgungsschläuchen (8a - 8d, 9a - 9d)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltenippel (HN1, HN2, HN3, HN4) jeweils auf, in einem Rahmen (15) parallel zueinander geführten Schiebekeilen (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) angeordnet sind, die, federbeaufschlagt, in Keilausnehmungen (KA1, KA2, KA3, KA4) einer gemeinsamen Schaltstange (16) ein- und mittels je einer zugeordneten Zugstange (18) aus diesen herausziehbar sind wobei die Schaltstange (16), federbeaufschlagt, quer zur Schieberichtung der Schiebekeile (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) gegen ein Schaltelement (23) in Schaltposition bewegbar ist, wenn sämtliche Schiebekeile (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) mit, auf die Haltenippel (HN1, HN2, HN3, HN4) aufgesetzten Kuppelenden aus den zugeordneten Keilausnehmungen (KA1, KA2, KA3, KA4) herausbewegt worden sind. - Sicherungs-Positioniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder der Schiebekeile (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) an der der Keilausnehmung (KA1, KA2, KA3, KA4) abgewandten Seite mit einer, in einer Wand des Rahmens (15) geführten Zugstange (18) verbunden ist, die von einer, gegen die Wand und den Schiebekeil abgestützen Zylinderfeder (19) umfaßt wird. - Sicherungs-Positioniervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2
gekennzeichnet durch
eine, die Reihe der, auf den Schiebekeil (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) befindlichen Haltenippel (HN1, HN2, HN3, HN4) in der, in die Keilausnehmungen (KA1, KA2, KA3, KA4) eingreifenden Positionen der Schiebekeile (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) abdeckende, ortsfest mit dem Rahmen (15) verbundene Kulissenscheibe (20) mit, die Haltenippel (HN1, HN2, HN3, HN4) für das Aufstecken der Kuppelenden der Versorgungsschläuche in der, aus den Keilausnehmungen (KA1, KA2, KA3, KA4) herausgezogenen Position der Schiebekeil (SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4) freigebenden Ausnehmungen. - Sicherungs-Positioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schaltelement (23) ein Näherungsschalter ist.
