Claims (5)
- Bohrwerkzeug mit Trägerkörper (1, 3) und einem oder mehreren Schneidkörpem (2, 4), deren in radialer Richtung gemessene Breite (R) entgegen der Bohrrichtung anschliessend an eine kontinuierliche Abnahme (K) sich in einer Stufe (S) verringert und die Schneidkörper (2, 4) die Umfangskontur des Trägerkörpers (1, 3) radial sowie axial überragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stufe (S) der Verringerung in einer von dem bohrrichtungsseitigen Ende (E) des Trägerkörpers (1, 3) gebildeten Ebene liegt.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in axialer Richtung gemessene Mass (B) vom freien Ende der Schneidkörper (2, 4) bis zur Stufe (S) der Verringerung etwa dem 0,3- bis 0,5-fachen der gesamten, in axialer Richtung gemessenen Länge (A) der Schneidkörper (2, 4) entspricht.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die in radialer Richtung gemessene Breite (R) der Schneidkörper (2, 4) an der Stufe (S) um mindestens 30 % des Masses reduziert, um welches die Schneidkörper (2, 4) den Trägerkörper (1, 3) entgegen der Bohrrichtung im Anschluss an die Stufe (S) radial überragen.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die in radialer Richtung gemessene Breite (R) an beiden Breitseiten der Schneidkörper (2, 4) in einer Stufe (S) verringert.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerkörper (3) eine Hohlbohrkrone ist und die in radialer Richtung gemessene Breite (R) der Schneidkörper (4) entgegen der Bohrrichtung anschliessend an die kontinuierliche Abnahme (K) sich in einer Stufe (S) zur Innen- und Aussenkontur des Trägerkörpers (3) hin verringert.
