Claims (9)
- Anschlußelement mit elektrischen Kontakten in Schneid-Klemm-Anschlußtechnik in Kammern (2) eines Aufnahmeteils (1) zum abisolierfreien Anschluß von elektrischen Leiter (15), wobei in der Kammer (2) des Aufnahmeteils (1) mindestens ein Schiebeteil (6) eingebracht ist, mit mindestens einer Öffnung (3) zur Leitereinführung, wobei das Schiebeteil (6) eine Öffnung (11), die in mindestens einer Position (I) des Schiebeteils (6) mit der Öffnung (3) im Aufnahmeteil (1) in Deckung liegt, und eine von außen zugängliche Vorrichtung (12) zur Bewegung des Schiebeteils (6) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kontaktierungsbereich (8,9,10) des Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktelementes (7) mit den Öffnungen (3,11) des Schiebeteils (6) und des Aufnahmeteils (1) in mindestens einer Position (I) in Deckung liegt, daß das Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktelement (7) von dem Schiebeteil (6) derart umgeben ist, daß die Kontaktierungsbereiche für die Kabeladern von dem Schiebeteil (6) umschlossen sind und daß das Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktelement (7) mit einer tropfenförmigen Bohrung (9) zur Aufnahme des Leiters (15) und mit einer Bohrung (8) zur definierten Gestaltung der Kontaktierungskraft ausgeführt ist. - Anschlußelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (12) zur Bewegung des Schiebeteils (6) eine Einkerbung (12) ist, die von einer weiteren Öffnung (4) des Aufnahmeteils (1) von außen zugänglich ist.
- Anschlußelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Kammern (2) mit mindestens zwei Schiebeteilen (6) jeweils in einer Reihe hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Anschlußelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeteil (6) in der Kammer (2) arrettierbar ist.
- Anschlußelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeteil (6) über die weitere Öffnung (4) im Aufnahmeteil (1) mittels eines eingeführten Hebels (5) bewegbar ist.
- Anschlußelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeteil (6) über einen angeformten, nach außen reichenden Hebelarm (26) bewegbar ist.
- Anschlußelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktelement (7) aus einem ersten Schneid-Klemm-Kontakt (20) in 45°-Stellung mit einem Kontaktschlitz (21) und aus einem zweiten geschlossenen, selbsttragenden Schneid-Klemm-Kontakt (19) in 45°-Stellung mit einem Kontaktschlitz (10), der zwei Bohrungen (8,9) miteinander verbindet, gebildet ist, wobei beide Schneid-Klemm-Kontakte (19,20) einstückig über einen Steg (22) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anschlußelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Schneid-Klemm-Kontakt (19) des Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktelementes (7) zwischen den Bohrungen (8,9) im Bereich (25) des Kontaktschlitzes (10) Materialaussparungen und/oder im inneren Bereich der Bohrung (9) Einführungsschrägen (24) aufweist.
- Anschlußelement nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende des zweiten Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktes (19) des Schneid-Klemm-Kontaktelementes (7) ein Abgriff (23) ausgebildet ist.
