From FR-A-2 516 711 a connection block is known which is a connection element with electrical contacts using insulation displacement technology in chambers a receiving part for stripping-free connection of electrical conductors. In the chamber of the receiving part at least one sliding part is introduced that has at least one opening for conductor entry. Furthermore, the sliding part has an externally accessible device for moving the sliding part. Disadvantageous is that the insulation displacement contact element is not surrounded by the sliding part is so that the contacting areas for the cable wires from the sliding part are enclosed. As a result, it can switch on and off jamming between the individual elements. Is too a reliable feeding and contacting of the conductor is not guaranteed.
Another connecting element is known from US-A-4 223 971, with a Insulation displacement contact element, which has two contact slots, for connection two leaders. The sliding part is outside the receiving part, so that no chamber for guiding the sliding part is provided. A secure position the cable is not provided.
In DE-GM 93 13797 there is a connection block for connection of insulated electrical conductors with electrical Contacts in insulation displacement connection technology by means of described a locking plug in the open at the top Chambers and blocks are arranged with continuous insulation displacement contacts in 45 ° position are equipped and the two-sided wiring of the Allow terminal block. The wiring is done on the user side by means of the connection block belonging locking plug.
The contact is made by the movement of the Locking plug that is pushed through with your finger must be what with larger wire diameters and repeated loading or Resolutions on fatigue of the Operators can lead.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a connecting element of the generic type to develop which an easy and reliable circuit without one special switching tool enables.
The solution to this problem follows from the characteristic ones
