Claims (4)
- Dunstabzugshaube (1) mit einem zu einer im Grundriß rechteckigen Baueinheit vorfertigbaren Haubenkasten (2), der eine einen Lufteinlaß (3) aufweisende Absaugkammer (4) und eine in einen Fortluftanschlußstutzen ausmündende, über einen fettabscheiderbestückten Luftdurchlaß (7) an die Absaugkammer (4) anschließende Fortluftkammer (6) umfaßt, wobei dem Fettabscheider des Luftdurchlasses (7) eine Reinigungseinrichtung mit absaugkammerseitigen Spritzdüsen (18) zum Aufspritzen und einer Sammelrinne (19) zum Sammeln und Ableiten von Reinigungsflüssigkeit zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Fortluftkammer (6) ringförmig um die mittige Absaugkammer (4) erstreckt und sich der Luftdurchlaß (7) aus rundum verteilt angeordneten Durchströmöffnungen (8) zusammensetzt, daß die Absaugkammer (4) ein bodenseitiges Deckblech (10, 13) aufweist, dessen Außenrand einen umlaufenden, den Lufteinlaß (3) bildenden Schlitzkanal (12, 14) begrenzt, daß oberhalb des Deckbleches (10, 13) eine mittige Spritzvorrichtung (16) mit den über eine Versorgungsleitung (23) flüssigkeitsbeaufschlagbaren Spritzdüsen (18) vorgesehen ist und daß die Sammelrinne (19) mittels einer Pumpeinrichtung (20) an einen Abwasseranschluß (21) angeschlossen ist.
- Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spritzvorrichtung (16) aus einem um eine Vertikalachse drehbar gelagerten Sprüharm (17) besteht.
- Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem im wesentlichen den Mittenbereich innerhalb des Fortluftkammerringes überdeckenden Deckblech (10) der Absaugkammer (4) ein den deckblechfreien Ringbereich überdeckender Anströmtrichter (11) vorgeordnet ist.
- Dunstabzugshaube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Deckblech (10, 13) und/oder Anströmtrichter (11) zu der außen umlaufenden Sammelrinne (19) hin geneigte Leitflächen für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit bilden.
