Description
- einerseits den Saugriemen mit einer darauf aufliegenden Blechtafel aus dem Stillstand einer Warteposition auf die hohe Geschwindigkeit beschleunigt, derart, daß die Blechtafel mit der hohen Geschwindigkeit in die Leerstelle eingeschleust wird, und
- andererseits den Unterdruck im Saugraum so steuert, daß die Ansaugöffnungen im wesentlichen nur beim Beschleunigen des Saugriemens mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden, so daß die Blechtafel ohne Bewegung relativ zum Saugriemen beschleunigt wird.
- einerseits den Saugriemen mit einer darauf aufliegenden Blechtafel von der hohen Geschwindigkeit im wesentlichen bis zum Stillstand abbremst, derart, daß die Blechtafel im Stillstand an einen nach oben schwenkenden Tragrahmen übergeben wird, und

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern von Blechtafeln (6), mit einer Fördereinrichtung (4), auf der die Blechtafeln (6) mit einer hohen Geschwindigkeit (V1) gefördert werden, mit einer Entnahmevorrichtung zum Entnehmen einer Blechtafel (6) von der Fördereinrichtung (4), mit Mitteln zum Prüfen der entnommenen Blechtafel (6), und mit einer Einschleusvorrichtung (2) zum Wiedereinschleusen der entnommenen Blechtafel (6) in die Fördereinrichtung (4), wobei die Einschleusvorrichtung (2) umfaßt:a) eine Förderfläche (8), die von mindestens einem mit Ansaugöffnungen (28) versehenen Saugriemen (10) gebildet ist;b) eine Antriebseinheit (16) für den Saugriemen (10);c) einen mit einer Unterdruckeinrichtung verbundenen Saugraum (30), der mit den Ansaugöffnungen (28) kommuniziert;d) einen Positionssensor (24) zum Erkennen einer Leerstelle, die eine von der Entnahmevorrichtung entnommene Blechtafel auf der Fördereinrichtung (4) hinterlassen hat;e) Geschwindigkeitssensoren (20, 22) zum Erfassen der Geschwindigkeit des Saugriemens (10) bzw. der Fördereinrichtung (4);f) einer Steuerung (18), die beim Auftreten eines Initiator-Signals des Positionssensors (24)einerseits den Saugriemen (10) mit einer darauf aufliegenden Blechtafel (6) aus dem Stillstand einer Warteposition auf die hohe Geschwindigkeit (V1) beschleunigt, derart, daß die Blechtafel (6) mit der hohen Geschwindigkeit in die Leerstelle eingeschleust wird, undandererseits den Unterdruck im Saugraum so steuert, daß die Ansaugöffnungen (28) im wesentlichen nur beim Beschleunigen des Saugriemens (10) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden, so daß die Blechtafel (6) ohne Bewegung relativ zum Saugriemen (10) beschleunigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugriemen (10) nach dem Einschleusen der Blechtafel (6) auf die Fördereinrichtung (4) wieder bis zum Stillstand abgebremst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugriemen (10) nach dem Einschleusen der Blechtafel (6) auf die Fördereinrichtung (4) auf eine endliche Geschwindigkeit und erst nach Übernahme einer neuen Blechtafel (6) in die Warteposition zum Stillstand abgebremst wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern von Blechtafeln (38), mit einer Fördereinrichtung (36), auf der die Blechtafeln (38) mit einer ersten, hohen Geschwindigkeit (V1) angeliefert werden, und mit einer in Transportrichtung hinter der Fördereinrichtung (36) angeordneten Beladevorrichtung (34) zum Überführen der Blechtafeln (38) von der Fördereinrichtung (36) zu einer Trockeneinrichtung (50), die von den Blechtafeln (38) mit einer zweiten, niedrigeren Geschwindigkeit durchlaufen wird, wobei die Beladevorrichtung (34) umfaßt:a) eine Ablagefläche (40) zum Aufnehmen der Blechtafeln (38), die von mindestens einem mit Ansaugöffnungen (43) versehenen Saugriemen (42) gebildet ist;b) eine Antriebsvorrichtung (46) für den Saugriemen (42);c) einen mit einer Unterdruckeinrichtung verbundenen Saugraum, der mit den Ansaugöffnungen (46) kommuniziert;d) einen Positionssensor (54) zum Erkennen einer auf der Ablagefläche (40) ankommenden Blechtafel (38);e) Geschwindigkeitssensoren (54) zum Erfassen der Geschwindigkeit des Saugriemens (42) bzw. der Fördereinrichtung (36);f) einer Steuerung (44), die beim Auftreten eines Initiator-Signals des Positionssensors (54)einerseits den Saugriemen (42) mit einer darauf aufliegenden Blechtafel (38) von der hohen Geschwindigkeit (V1) im wesentlichen bis zum Stillstand abbremst, derart, daß die Blechtafel im Stillstand an einen nach oben schwenkenden Tragrahmen (52) übergeben wird, undandererseits den Unterdruck im Saugraum so steuert, daß die Ansaugöffnungen (43) im wesentlichen nur beim Abbremsen des Saugriemens (42) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden, so daß die Blechtafel (38) ohne Bewegung relativ zum Saugriemen (42) abgebremst wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern von Blechtafeln (72), mit einer Fördereinrichtung (74), auf der die Blechtafeln (72) mit einer ersten, hohen Geschwindigkeit (V1) abgefördert werden, und mit einer in Transportrichtung vor der Fördereinrichtung (74) angeordneten Entladevorrichtung (60) zum Überführen der Blechtafeln (72) von einer Trockeneinrichtung, die von den Blechtafeln (72) mit einer zweiten, niedrigeren Geschwindigkeit durchlaufen wurde, zu der Fördereinrichtung (74), wobei die Entladevorrichtung (60) umfaßt:a) eine Ablagefläche (66) zum Aufnehmen der Blechtafeln (72), die von mindestens einem mit Ansaugöffnungen (69) versehenen Saugriemen (68) gebildet ist, wobei die Blechtafeln (72) mittels eines Tragrahmens (64) im wesentlichen im Stillstand von oben auf dem Saugriemen (68) abgelegt werden;b) eine Antriebsvorrichtung für den Saugriemen (68);c) einen mit einer Unterdruckeinrichtung verbundenen Saugraum, der mit den Ansaugöffnungen (68) kommuniziert;d) einen Positionssensor zum Erkennen einer auf der Ablagefläche (66) ankommenden Blechtafel (72);e) Geschwindigkeitssensoren (76) zum Erfassen der Geschwindigkeit des Saugriemens (68) bzw. der Fördereinrichtung (74);f) einer Steuerung, die beim Auftreten eines Initiator-Signals des Positionssensorseinerseits den Saugriemen (68) mit einer darauf aufliegenden Blechtafel (72) im wesentlichen vom Stillstand auf die erste, hohe Geschwindigkeit (V1) beschleunigt, undandererseits den Unterdruck im Saugraum so steuert, daß die Ansaugöffnungen (69) im wesentlichen nur beim Beschleunigen des Saugriemens (68) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden, so daß die Blechtafel (72) ohne Bewegung relativ zum Saugriemen (68) beschleunigt wird.
