Claims (7)
- Baueinheit, bestehend aus einem Abgabeventil (12) für die Abgabe von unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeiten, Schäumen, Gelen oder dergleichen und einem damit verschweißten Beutel (24) aus flexiblem Folienmaterial, der durch eine mit einem Deckel (25) verschließbare Öffnung (23) eines äußeren Behälters (22) hindurch in diesem plazierbar ist, wobei das Abgabeventil (12) einen fluiddicht am Rand (21) einer im Behälterdeckel (25) ausgebildeten Deckelöffnung (26) befestigbaren Ventilkörper (14), ein im Ventilkörper (14) axial verschieblich gelagertes, aus einer Schließstellung heraus entgegen der Wirkung eines elastischen Elements, insbesondere einer Schraubendruckfeder (20), bewegbares Abgaberöhrchen (18) und eine zwischen dem Rand (21) der Deckelöffnung (26) und dem Ventilkörper (14) das Abgaberöhrchen (18) eng umschließend angeordnete Ringdichtung (28) aus Gummi oder dergleichen elastischem Dichtmaterial umfaßt, derart, daß diese in Schließstellung des Abgaberöhrchens (18) bzw. Abgabeventils (12) den Zugang (54) zu einem im Abgaberöhrchen (18) ausgebildeten Austragskanal (56) schließt, innerhalb des Beutels (24) ein Austragsröhrchen (58) angeordnet ist, welches durch die Beutelfolie hindurch sowie unter Zwischenschaltung eines Dichtringes (32) mit dem Ventilkörper (14) des Abgabeventils (12) verbindbar ist, derart, daß zwischen dem Beutelinneren (52) und dem Ventilkörper (14) des Abgabeventils (12) eine Fluidverbindung erhalten wird, wobei das Austragsröhrchen (58) und/oder der Ventilkörper (14) aus bruchsicherem und insbesondere gegenüber organischen Medien nicht permeablem Material besteht und der sich unmittelbar an den Beutel (24) anschließende Abschnitt (34) des Austragsröhrchens (58) mit einer Oberfläche, insbesondere einem Belag (36), aus mit der Beutelfolie gut verschweißbarem Material versehen ist und das Austragsröhrchen (58) eine scheiben-, insbesondere jedoch zylinderkappenartige Verbreiterung (38) aufweist, die sich innerhalb des Beutels (24) unmittelbar an den Beutel (24) anschließt und einen in Richtung zum Beutelinneren hin offenen Ringraum (60) um das Austragsröhrchen (58) herum begrenzt.
- Baueinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gut verschweißbare Oberfläche oder der gut verschweißbare Belag durch eine aufschieb- oder aufsteckbare Hülse (36) gebildet ist. - Baueinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich zumindest über den äußeren Umfang der kappenartigen Verbreiterung (38) eine Oberfläche oder ein Belag, insbesondere eine Hülse (36), aus gut mit der Beutelfolie verschweißbarem Material erstreckt. - Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Austragsröhrchen (58) einen sich durch eine Öffnung (62) des Beutels (24) hindurch erstreckenden Röhrchenabschnitt (44) aufweist, der innerhalb einer zugeordneten Öffnung (64) des Ventilkörpers (14) des Abgabeventils (12) einrastbar ist, derart, daß der Ventilkörper (14) mit dem Inneren des Beutels (24) fluiddicht gegenüber dem Innenraum des äußeren Behälters (22) fluidverbindbar ist. - Baueinheit nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an das Austragsröhrchen (58) eine sich bis nahe zum Boden des Beutels (24) hin erstreckende Steigleitung (42) angeschlossen ist. - Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich des sich um das Austragsröhrchen (58) herum erstreckenden, durch die zylinderkappenartige Verbreiterung (38) begrenzten Ringraums (60) das Austragsröhrchen (58) eine seitliche Öffnung (65) aufweist, durch die hindurch eine weitere Fluidverbindung zum Beutelinneren (52) hin definiert ist. - Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilkörper (14) des Abgabeventils (12) sowie das Austragsröhrchen (58) samt Verbreiterung (38) aus Polyacetal besteht, während der mit der Beutelfolie gut verschweißbare Belag oder die Hülse (36) aus Polyethylen, Polypropylen oder dgl. hergestellt ist.
