Claims (8)
- Zweikomponentenspender für eine Mischung aus zwei Fluiden, mit einem eine erste Fluidkammer (2) enthaltenden ersten Spenderteil (1) zur Bevorratung eines der Fluide, einem eine zweite Fluidkammer (4) enthaltenden zweiten Spenderteil (3) zur Bevorratung des anderen Fluids, wobei die Fluidkammern in einer ersten Betriebsstellung des Zweikomponentenspenders gegeneinander abgedichtet sind, um das erste Fluid getrennt vom zweiten Fluid zu bevorraten, während in einer zweiten Betriebsstellung die Fluidkammern in Verbindung miteinander stehen, um die Fluide miteinander zu vermischen, und einem auf einem eine Öffnung umgrenzenden Bereich (5) des ersten Spenderteils montierten, axial bewegbaren Kappenteil (12) zum Verschliessen der Öffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Spenderteil mit Friktionssitz dichtend in einem Dichtsitz (10) an oder nahe bei der Öffnung gehalten ist und ein offenes und eine geschlossenes axiales Ende hat, und dass ein am Kappenteil angeformter, mit dem zweiten Spenderteil in Eingriff bringbarer Dichtkonus (16) vorgesehen ist, um das offene Ende des zweiten Spenderteiles zu verschliessen, wobei der Dichtkonus bei einer axialen Bewegung des Kappenteiles relativ zum ersten Spenderteil von einer axialen Position, bei der der Dichtkonus in Eingriff mit dem zweiten Spenderteil steht, in eine axiale Position bringbar ist, bei der der zweite Spenderteil durch den Dichtkonus aus der dichtenden Beziehung zum Dichtsitz herausbewegt ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtsitz (10) an einem am Öffnungsbereich des ersten Spenderteils (1) montierten Aufseatzteil (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Spenderteil (3) im Inneren des ersten Spenderteils (1) angeordnet ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Spenderteile (1,3) doppelwandig ausgebildet ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kappenteil (12) auf einem Halsbereich (5) des ersten Spenderteils (1) aufgeschraubt ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kappenteil (12) einen über Abreissstege (18) gehaltenen Bewegungsbegrenzungsring (17) aufweist, der mit dem ersten Spenderteil (1) bei einer axiale Bewegung des Kappenteils relativ zum ersten Spenderteil in Eingriff bringbar ist, um eine axiale Bewegung des Kappenteils in eine Stellung zu verhindern, die der Position des Dichtkonus (16) entspricht, bei der das zweite Spenderteil aus der dichtenden Beziehung zum Dichtsitz (10) des ersten Spenderteiles herausbewegt ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungsbegrenzungsring (17) eine Abreisslasche (21) zum Anlegen einer Handkraft aufweist, um den Bewegungsbegrenzungsring vom Kappenteil (12) abzutrennen.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kappenteil (12) eine verschliessbare Ausgiesspassage (22) in einem von dem Dichtkonus (16) umgrenzten Wandbereich (15) aufweist.
