In der Figur 2 ist hierzu zu erkennen, daß die Ausnehmungen 5 zur Leistenkante 7 hin offen sind, wobei die Halterungen 6 an den Rändern ihrer Öffnung federnde Elemente aufweist. Diese federnden Elemente werden durch blattfederartige Federelemente 8 gebildet. Beim Einbringen eines Bewehrungsstabes 2 in die Halterung biegen sich die Federelemente 8 zur Seite und lassen den Bewehrungsstab passieren. Dann schnappen sie in ihre Ursprungsposition zurück und versperren dem Bewehrungsstab seinen Rückweg, indem Sie die Öffnung der Halterung dabei zumindest teilweise selbsttätig wieder verschließen.
Claims (10)
- Bauelement zur Wärmedämmung zwischen einem Gebäude und einem vorkragenden Außenteil, bestehend aus einem dazwischen zu verlegenden Isolierkörper (1) mit integrierten metallischen Bewehrungsstäben (2), die sich quer zum Isolierkörper (1) durch diesen hindurch erstrecken und beidseits vorstehen, wobei der Isolierkörper zumindest eine mit ihm fest verbundene Leiste (4) aufweist, die aus einem härteren Material als der Isolierkörper (1) besteht und an ihren den zu betonierenden Bauteilen zugewandten Seiten Ausnehmungen (5) aufweist, in denen Bewehrungsstäbe (2) fixiert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Erstreckungsrichtung der Bewehrungsstäbe (2) seitlich neben den Ausnehmungen (5) mit der Leiste (4) verbundene Halterungen (6, 9, 15) angeordnet sind, die das Herausfallen eines Bewehrungsstabes (2) aus einer Ausnehmung (5) verhindern. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen (5) zu einer Leistenkante (7) hin offene Schlitze sind, wobei die seitlichen Halterungen (6) in die gleiche Richtung hin offen sind und an den Rändern ihrer Öffnungen federnde Elemente (8) aufweisen, mit denen die Offnung der Halterung zumindest teilweise selbsttätig verschließbar ist. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die federnden Elemente (8) sich im wesentlichen in Richtung der Schlitze erstrecken. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede Halterung (6) zwei gegengleich ausgebildete blattfederartige Federelemente (8) aufweist. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen (5) zu einer Leistenkante (7) hin offene Schlitze sind und die Halterungen seitlich von den Bewehrungsstäben (2) Rastschienen (9) aufweisen, die mit sich quer zu den Ausnehmungen (5) erstreckenden Verschlußkörpern (12) zusammenwirken. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verschlußkörper (12) und/oder die Rastschienen (9) eine Vielzahl von hintereinander angeordneten Rastungen (11/10) aufweisen. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verschlußkörper (12) und/oder die Ausnehmungen (5) an ihren den Bewehrungsstäben (2) zugewandten Seiten (14) V-förmig ausgebildet sind. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halterungen als Manschetten (15) an den Bewehrungsstäben (2) angeformt sind, die mit der Leiste (4) verbindbar sind. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Manschetten (15) als Spritzteile um die Bewehrungsstäbe (2) herum geformt sind. - Bauelement gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Manschette (15) einen dornartigen Fortsatz (16) aufweist, der mit einer Öffnung (17) an der Leiste (3, 4) zusammenwirkt.
