- Palettencontainer für Lagerung und/oder Transport von Teilen, Behältern oder dergleichen mit einem Seitenwandgerüst (2), das eine obere und eine untere rahmenförmige Umrandung (3; 4) aufweist, und mit einem damit über Befestigungsmittel (25) verbindbaren Palettenkörper (1), der an seinem Rand eine umlaufende nutförmige Aufnahme (14) für die untere rahmenförmige Umrandung (4) des Seitengerüstes (2) aufweist, die eine Stützfläche (10) begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Befestigungsmittel (25) zur Festlegung der rahmenförmigen Umrandung (4) am Palettenkörper Halterungen vorgesehen sind, die durch jeweils paarweise angeordnete Schlitze (23) gebildet werden, die zu beiden Seiten der nutförmigen Aufnahme (14) angeordnet sind und die zumindest von der Plattenunterseite her zugänglich sind.
- Palettencontainer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nutförmige Aufnahme (14) am Palettenaußenrand durch Randstege (15) begrenzt ist, die sich zumindest über Teillängen der Aufnahme (14) erstrecken.
- Palettencontainer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nutförmige Aufnahme (14) gegenüber der Stützfläche (10) durch einen zumindest teilweise umlaufenden Haltesteg (17) begrenzt ist, der die Stützfläche (10) überragt.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltesteg (17) über eine abgerundete Flankenfläche (20) in die Stützfläche (10) übergeht.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltesteg (17) an seiner freien Kante mit einem biegsamen Ansatz (22) versehen ist.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randstege (15) im Bereich der Palettenecken (16) erhöht ausgebildet sind und eine dickere Wandstärke aufweisen.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (10) mit einer rinnenförmigen Vertiefung (18) versehen ist, die mit Gefälle bis an einen Palettenaußenrand geführt ist.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel jeweils durch mit dem Palettencontainer (1) an den Halterungen verrastbare, und/oder verschraubbare Klammern (25) gebildet werden.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (25) jeweils durch verspannbare Schellen gebildet werden.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Palettenkörper (1) an seiner Unterseite im Randbereich mit einer umlaufenden Stapelausnehmung (30) zur Aufnahme der oberen Umrandung (3) des Seitenwandgerüstes (2) eines darunter stehenden Palettencontainers versehen ist.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Palettenkörper (1) aus einem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise durch Spritzgießen, geformt ist.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Palettenkörper (1) wenigstens zweiteilig aus einem Oberteil (28) und wenigstens einem Unterteil (27) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei zumindest ein Teil aus Kunststoff geformt ist.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Oberteil (28) und Unterteil (27) durch Rastelemente (29) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Palettencontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (28) des Palettenkörpers (1) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und auf seiner Unterseite mit gitterartig angeordneten Versteifungsstegen versehen ist und das Unterteil durch mindestens zwei gesonderte längliche Kufenteile (33) gebildet wird, wobei jedes Kufenteil 833) jeweils an den Enden und in der Mitte ein schalenförmiges Stützteil (34, 35) aufweist, das auf seiner dem Oberteil (28) zugekehrten offenen Seite mit gitterartig angeordneten Versteifungsstegen und mit Rastelementen (36) und/oder Zentrierelementen (37) versehen ist, die mit entsprechend ausgebildeten schalenförmgen Stützteilen mit entsprechenden Gegenelementen im Oberteil (28) formschlüssig ineinanderfügbar sind.
