Claims (10)
- Anordnung von zwei oder mehr Wärmetauschern untereinander, die jeweils mit Sammelkästen (3, 4) bzw. (5, 6), insbesondere aus Kunststoff, und mit zwischen diesen verlaufenden Strömungswegen (Rippenrohrblöcke 7, 8) mit Wärmetauschflächen für ein Wärmetauschmedium versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verbindung der Wärmetauscher einem (5) der Sammelkästen eines Wärmetauschers (2) im Abstand zueinander und etwa senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung der Sammelkästen abstehende Zapfen (9, 10) zugeordnet sind, die in Öffnungen in bügelartigen Gegenlagern (11, 12) am zugeordneten Sammelkasten (3) des anderen Wärmetauschers (1) einführbar und durch Verschwenken um eine Gegenlagerfläche (11a, 12a) in einer bestimmten Endlage positionierbar sind, und daß den anderen beiden Sammelkästen (4, 6) Arretiereinrichtungen (17, 18), insbesondere Schnapphaken, zur Sicherung der Endlage der Zapfen und der beiden Wärmetauscher zugeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Arretiereinrichtungen zwei um jeweils eine Achse elastisch schwenkbare Schnapplaschenanordnungen (17, 18) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils etwa dem Endbereich eines Sammelkastens zugeordnet sind und mit ihren Schwenkachsen senkrecht zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnitte mindestens eines der Zapfen (10) und der ihm zugeordneten Öffnung des Gegenlagers (12) in der Längsrichtung der Sammelkästen aneinander angepaßt sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der beiden Zapfen (9) mit einem rechteckigen, der andere (10) dagegen mit einem Querschnitt eines Vierecks mit zwei parallel zueinander ausgerichteten Seitenwänden (10a) versehen ist, bei dem mindestens eine weitere Seitenwand (10c) schräg zu den parallelen Seitenwänden (10a) verläuft und in ihrer Neigung der Neigung der mit ihr beim Positionieren des Wärmetauschers (2) zusammenwirkenden Wand (12b) des Gegenlagers (12) entspricht.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schnapplaschenanordnung (18) horizontal und die andere (17) vertikal ausgerichtet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Schnapplaschenanordnungen (17, 18) eine Schnapplasche (21 bzw. 29) aufweist, der eine Anlagefläche (24 bzw. 32) für einen Anschlag (25 bzw. 33) sowie eine Gegenfläche (23 bzw. 31) als Einrastkante und ein federnder Sicherungssteg (26 bzw. 35) zugeordnet ist, der so der Einrastkante (23 bzw. 31) zugeordnet ist, daß sein freies Ende in der Bewegungsbahn des mit dem Rasthaken (22 bzw. 30) versehenen Endes der Schnapplasche (21 bzw. 29) liegt und bei eingerasteter Schnapplasche gegen die von dem Rasthaken abgewandte Seite des Endes der Schnapplasche (21 bzw. 29) drückt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagefläche (33) der horizontal ausgerichteten Schnapplaschenanordnung (18) etwas elastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Gegenlagerfläche (11a bzw. 12a) der Zapfen (9 bzw. 10) eine ihr gegenüberliegende Anschlagfläche (13 bzw. 14) zugeordnet ist, an der der Zapfen (9 bzw. 10) in seiner Endlage anliegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagflächen (13 bzw. 14) versetzt gegenüber den Gegenlagerflächen (11a bzw. 12a) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den mit den Schnapplaschenanordnungen (17, 18) ausgestatteten Sammelkästen (4 bzw. 6) mindestens eine zusätzliche Kraftaufnahmestelle in der Form eines in eine Ausnehmung (Hohlzapfen 20) eines Sammelkastens (4) eingreifenden und am anderen Sammelkasten (6) angeordneten Zapfens (19) zugeordnet ist.
