Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Bereitstellen einer farbigen Baustoffmischung wie Putz, Mörtel, Spachtelmasse oder Klebstoff für Wände oder Decken von Gebäuden und/oder für Dämmplatten, wobei die Baustoffmischung trocken hergestellt und dann mit Farbpigmenten, Farbbestandteilen oder Farbadditiven gemischt und dadurch eingefärbt wird, wobei die ungefärbte Baustoffmischung als Grundmischung an zentraler Stelle hergestellt, danach in Transportbehälter und/oder Vorratsbehälter gefüllt und zu wenigstens einem von dem Herstellungswerk entfernten Ort transportiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundmischung zu einem von dem Herstellungswerk entfernten Zwischenlager transportiert wird, daß in dem Zwischenlager der Grundmischung Farbpigmente, Farbbestandteile oder Farbadditive je nach Bedarf hinzugefügt und mit dieser in trockenem Zustand vermischt werden, so daß die Baustoffmischung in trockenem Zustand eingefärbt wird, und daß die ungefärbte Grundmischung im Zwischenlager in einen Mischbehälter umgefüllt oder in dem Mischbehälter selbst zum Zwischenlager transportiert wird, in welchem Mischbehälter der Baustoffmischung die Farbe zugemischt wird, und daß der Mischbehälter mit der gefärbten Baustoffmischung vom Zwischenlager zur Baustelle gebracht und dort sein Inhalt verbraucht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbpigmente, Farbbestandteile oder Farbadditive vor dem Zumischen zu der Baustoffmischung mit einem rieselfähigen Trägerstoff vermischt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbpigmente oder dergleichen mit steinmehlfreiem Sand als rieselfähigem Trägerstoff vermischt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbpigmente oder dergleichen mit dem rieselfähigen Trägerstoff, insbesondere steinmehlfreiem Sand, im Gewichtsverhältnis eins zu eins bis ein Teil Farbe zu fünf Teilen Trägerstoff oder Sand vermischt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ungefärbte Baustoffmischung nach dem Transport in das Zwischenlager in stationäre Behälter (11) gefüllt und von diesen bedarfsweise in Mischbehälter (6) abgefüllt und dann gefärbt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Baustoffmischung eine trockene Dispersionsmischung hergestellt und zum Zwischenlager transportiert, dort trocken mit Farbe gemischt und im Zwischenlager oder erst an der Baustelle mit Anmachflüssigkeit zu einer pastösen Dispersion fertiggemischt wird.
