Description
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von flüssigen Medien auf flächenhafte Werkstücke, wie zum Befetten von Werkstücken bei der spanlosen Umformung und beim Walzen mit mindestens einer mit radialen Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittsöffnungen versehenen Auftragswalze (11,12) mit einer Trägerwalze (24), die auf einer in einem Vorrichtungsgestell gehaltenen Hohlachse drehbar gelagert ist und auf ihrer Außenmantelfläche (23) mit einer Flüssigkeitsverteilungsschicht versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei zur Horizontalen (22) geneigter Auftragswalze (11, 12) die Außenmantelfläche (23) der Trägerwalze (24) in einem beim gebeauchten Zustand höher gelegenen Teilbereich mit radial offenen Kanalen (27) versehen ist, in deren am höchsten gelegenen Kanalbereich (27a) die radialen Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittsöffnungen (28) einmünden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (27) parallel zur Symmetrieachse (26) der Trägerwalze (24) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Kanäle (27) schraubenlinienförmig um die Außenmantelfläche (23) der Trägerwalze (24) erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenmantelfläche (23) mit zwei schraubenlinienförmigen Kanälen (27) entgegengesetzter Steigung versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (27) im Querschnitt eine Halbkreisform aufweisen und sich vom höher gelegenen Ende (24a) in Richtung auf das tiefer gelegene Ende (24b) der Auftragswalze (11, 12) über eine Strecke (L) von mindestens einem Drittel der Gesamtlänge der Trägerwalze (24) erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein jeder Kanal (27) in der Nähe seines am höchsten gelegenen Kanalbereiches (27a) mindestens eine radiale Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittöffnung (28) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittsöffnungen (28) in den der Symmetrielängsachse (26) der Auftragswalze (11, 12) nächstgelegenen Bereich der Kanäle (27) einmünden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerwalze (24) aus einem massiven, zylindrischen Körper besteht, der an seinen beiden Enden mit Sackbohrungen (24c) zur Aufnahme je einer der ortsfesten Hohlachsen (15) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von flüssigen Medien auf flächenhafte Werkstücke, wie zum Befetten von Werkstücken bei der spanlosen Umformung und beim Walzen mit mindestens einer mit radialen Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittsöffnungen versehenen Auftragswalze (11,12) mit einer Trägerwalze (24), die auf einer in einem Vorrichtungsgestell gehaltenen Hohlachse drehbar gelagert ist und auf ihrer Außenmantelfläche (23) mit einer Flüssigkeitsverteilungsschicht versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei zur Horizontalen (22) geneigter Auftragswalze (11, 12) der Mantel der hohl ausgebildeten Trägerwalze (34) mindestens in einem beim gebeauchten Zustand höher gelegenen Teilbereich (34a) mit zahlreichen radialen Durchtrittsöffnungen (32) zur Flüssigkeitsverteilungsschicht (30) versehen sowie im hohlen Innenraum (34b) der Trägerwalze (34) von einer an ihrer Innenmantelfläche (34c) anliegenden Förderschnecke (33) durchsetzt ist, die bei einer Relativdrehung der Trägerwalze (34) das Befettungsmittel vom tiefer gelegenen Bereich (35) des hohlen Innenraumes (34b) zum höher gelegenen Bereich (37) fördert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderschnecke (33) für unterschiedliche Drehrichtungen der Auftragswalze (11, 12) zwei sich kreuzende Schneckenwindungen (33a) mit entgegengesetztem Steigungswinkel aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderschnecke (33) aus einer Gewindespindel besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Hohlzylinder ausgebildete Trägerwalze (34) an ihren beiden Enden auf je einer der ortsfesten Hohlachsen (15) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerwalze (34) an ihren beiden Enden auf hohlen Achsstummeln (15) gelagert ist, von denen mindestens der höher gelegene Achsstummel (15) mit einer Zuführungsleitung (10) für das Befettungsmittel und mit radialen Fettleitkanälen (38) zum Durchtritt des Befettungsmittels zu den radialen Durchtrittsöffnungen (32) der Trägerwalze (34) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerwalze (24, 34) in an sich bekannter Weise entweder als Flüssigkeitsverteilungsschicht (30) mit einer Vielzahl von Bürstenbüscheln oder mit einer bespannten Filz- oder Faservliesschicht versehen ist.
