Definitions
- the invention relates to a regeneration and hospital bed for the treatment of patients and those in need of relaxation and a method of controlling the atmosphere in a regeneration and hospital bed.
- Atmosphere surrounding patients with certain gases, in particular to be enriched with oxygen. It is also known to be in closed tents or Rooms, including in incubators for newborns, atmospheres desired composition and temperature, especially to maintain a sterile atmosphere.
- the gas mixtures used for this are via supply lines, filtered as required, inserted and subtracted on the opposite side, so that currents with uncontrollable vortex formation arise, the partial changes of the Gas pressure of the components of the atmosphere and their Liquid content, but above all undesirable Cooling and dehydration on the patient's body cause.
- Such hospital beds are especially from the French Patent application FR 2 226 980 known, fresh gas from a storage space is introduced via a filter wall into a tent that surrounds a patient. Here becomes a controlled, completely calm atmosphere with constant Composition in the patient's environment, however, is neither sought nor enables.
- the invention has for its object in the area of the patient or in need of regeneration completely calmed atmosphere of constant, precisely controllable Creating composition and respected Gases and liquid components immediately and subtract without generating noticeable currents.
- the directly to the patient or those in need of regeneration surrounding, forming the actual treatment room Inner tent made of fine-mesh fabric leaves only a diffusion this gas mixture too, so that the fresh gas without noticeable current and vortex formation in these Treatment room merges.
- vacuuming the used up especially low-oxygen and moisture-enriched Exhaust gas becomes such a large negative pressure maintain against the outer tent room, that he has a smoothly flowing diffusion into the treatment room causes. This will make this one always the same calm atmosphere with the desired constant content of gas components, Maintain moisture and temperature.
- the entire tent can be covered by a gas-impermeable partition that can be separated gently encloses the patient's neck.
- the Headboard can then do with the desired one Gas mixture can be supplied.
- There can also be a corresponding inner tent may be provided so that in the headboard also has a calm atmosphere. This is particularly necessary or useful if the severed body part medication in gaseous form or to be supplied as aerosols as components of the breathing air incompatible or disruptive would be.
- the bed according to the invention can be advantageous for those in need of regeneration, for example through pollution Damaged or exhausted, use find a sleep or a long stay in an optimally composed pure breathing air need.
- it is particularly suitable for that Correction of asthma symptoms, altitude sickness, Respiratory poisoning, but especially as a bed for the burn treatment, the burn injured Surfaces completely open to a correspondingly warm one absolutely moisture-free, absolutely germ-free Atmosphere can be exposed to the required Medicines in gaseous form or as an aerosol be added and taking away any heat and dehydration causing air flow is avoided.
- the patient's bedding can be required in any way Way. Another use is the supply of oxygen or in the Gas phase or drugs present in aerosols to the patient's skin. Finally, it is possible maintain a desired air pressure in the inner tent.
- the bed shown in Fig.1 has bed posts in Form of slide rods 1 on which balls at their ends 2 have.
- the double tent 3 exists from a larger outer tent 5 made of flexible, in essential gas impermeable material and a smaller inner tent surrounded by the outer tent 5 6 made of flexible, permeable to gases Material.
- Both tents 5 and 6 have the shape of a Hipped roofs that come in after the foot of the bed its height drops.
- the outer tent 5 is on his First reinforced by a rod 7, to which it is attached
- Hanging device 8 adjustable in height with lines 9 is connected. In the same way, the lower ones Edges of the outer tent 5 with further rods 10, 11, 12, 13 reinforced.
- These rods are in stitched tabs of the tent material and at the corners 14, 15, 16, 17 of the outer tent 5 connected with rings 4, the can slide on the slide rods 1.
- About the bars 10 to 13 is the material of the outer tent 5 a 10 to 20 cm wide strip 18 over and is on its lower hem on each of the four sides with a weight cable filled with metal shot 19 provided by the weight of this strip 18 pressed against the edge of the frame 20 of the bed and so the outer tent 5 on the bed against the Can seal the outside atmosphere.
- This seal can by beads 21 running around this edge elastically deformable, relatively soft plastic be improved, as shown in FIG. 3 at 21.
- the inner tent 6 is on its lower edges with the Poles 10 to 13 and thus with the outer tent 5 connected and thus stiffened like this. It also shows a hipped roof-like shape at the foot of the sloping ridge, which is covered by a Rod 22 is reinforced.
- the rod 22 is with linen 23 and 24 on pole 7 of the ridge of the outer tent 5 connected and kept tight.
- the inner tent 6 is smaller than the outer tent 5.
- a space 25 thus results between the two to the outside atmosphere through the gas impermeable Material of the outer tent 5 sealed gas-tight compared to the inner tent for gas diffusion is open.
- the inner tent 6 is like this great that a patient should lie in it well can touch down.
- the outer tent 5 has a on its foot wall Opening 26 into which a flexible wide hose 27 opens out, the space 25 between inside and Outer tent 6, 5 connects to a supply unit 28, over the fresh breathing gas into room 25 with an overpressure compared to the outside atmosphere can be pumped.
- the inner tent 6 consists of a fine-pored Tissue that is just diffusing the gas from room 25, but from a light to be cleaned and disinfected material must, for example from a fabric of fine Plastic wires with a smooth surface. It is further expedient that the material of the outer tent at least partly from a transparent film exists and also the inner tent 6 at least on it a sufficient side facing the head of the bed has large window to an observation of the patient and on the other hand for to avoid psychological stress.
- the bed shown schematically in Figure 4 has fixed forehead and foot ends, with the foot wall 32 consist of solid opaque material can, but the end wall 33 is transparent to the To be able to observe patients and not in the To leave dark.
- the inner tent 34 is divided into a body part 35 and a head part 36. Both parts are mounted on barrel-shaped frames 37 and 38, the frame 37 for the body part 35 two Has intermediate ribs 39. At its highest area is on the inner tent 34 on the foot wall 32 and project the rail 40 attached to the end wall 33, on the hinges 41 for the hinged front 42 of the body part 35 and joints 42 for the separately hinged front 43 of the head part 36 is provided are.
- an intermediate wall 44 is arranged, the same contour and has height, such as the foot and end wall 32, 33. Its circumference is surrounded by a bow-shaped frame 45 formed on which a curtain 46 made of gas-tight Material all around is attached to a vertical Slot 47 or a recess from its bottom up to about half its height and on the mattress not shown in Figure 4 in sufficient Width rests to a gastight seal to build. With it the patient's neck be sealed gas-tight and gently.
- the outer tent 48 becomes up to two thirds of its width its front and rear edges in curtain rails performed on the outer edges 49, 50 of the foot and follow end wall 32, 33.
- the inner tent 47 in two rooms with different gas and moisture contents as well as temperature can be divided.
- the body part can be charged with gas compositions and be kept below a temperature level those incompatible with the patient's breathing and head are. Different pressure levels can also be used be maintained.
- a second gas supply 55 for the head part in the End wall 33 of the bed provided, which also like that in the foot wall 32 of the bed from the supply unit 28 determined with the intended gas Mixture, moisture and temperature supplied becomes.
- the supply of gas from the supply unit 28 takes place through the pipeline 56, that for the body part as in the embodiment 1 via the hose 27 and the opening 26.
- a device Be 60 with a usual bed combined results in a regeneration bed, for example for use in sanatoriums or hotels.
- This Device 60 consists of a frame 62 which is made of two vertical bars 63 and two at a distance about 10 cm horizontally one above the other Bars 64 and 65 are formed and on with rollers 66 provided feet 67 pushed over the bed 61 can be.
- On the lower rod 64 that is only diffusion-permeable inner tent 68 suspended, which has a hipped roof shape.
- the narrow side walls 70 and 71 are substantially vertical so that the inner Tent 68 from all sides with sufficient space to the outer tent 69 is surrounded.
- the outer tent 69 guides the fresh air supply 27 from the supply unit 28 (Fig. 1 and 2), which expediently, to switch off disturbing compressor noises, in an adjoining room, for example the bathroom of the hotel room.
- the vent of the inner tent 68 takes place via a to the supply unit 28 leading suction hose 72, the one plastic tube 73 closed at the end with a has a larger row of side suction openings, which is in inner tent 68.
- the inner tent 68 has a circumferential wide one at its lower edge Stripe 74 made of elastic fabric around finally places the edge of the bed or mattress. In the same way, the outer tent 69 with one provided such strips 75.
- the front walls 76 and 77 of both tents 68 and 69 are hinged and with its side and bottom Edges with the surrounding wall material with from the inside and externally operated, from the inside with a sealing Stripes covered all around zippers 78, 79 connected. These zippers 78 and 79 can be sealed sufficiently that the strips on the inside through the Overpressure in the tents compared to the outside atmosphere concern them.
