Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken ( 29 ) mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten, sich unterschiedlich bewegenden endlos umlaufenden Förderelementen ( 7, 8, 32, 33 ), welche Aufreißelemente ( 9 ) tragen und mindestens einem Gegenhalteelement ( 24 ), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Gegenhalteelementen ( 24 ) vorhanden ist und daß Mittel, vorgesehen sind, mittels derer benachbarte Förderelemente ( 7, 8, 32, 33 ) in abwechselnder Weise vorwärtsbewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel, vorgesehen sind, mittels derer benachbarte Förderelemente ( 7, 8, 32, 33 ) in abwechselnder Weise schrittweise vorwärtsbewegbar.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel, vorgesehen sind, mittels derer benachbarte Förderelemente ( 7, 8, 32, 33 ) unterschiedlich schnell vorwärtsbewegbar.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Gegenhalteelemente ( 24 ) vorgesehen sind, die einen Einlaufspalt für die Säcke begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderelemente ( 7, 8, 32, 33 ) und die Gegenhalteelemente ( 24 ) im benachbarten Bereich einen sich von oben nach unten sich verkleinernden Einlaufspalt bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel, vorgesehen sind, mittels derer die Förderelemente derart antreibbar sind, daß sich die Auslauf- und Anlaufphase benachbarter Förderelemente ( 5, 6, 7, 8, 32 33 ) zumindest kurzzeitig überlappen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderelemente ( 7, 8 ) Ringe sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringe ellipsenförmig oder zylinderförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus den zylinderförmigen Ringen ( 7, 8 ) zwei Streifentrommeln ( 5, 6 ) gebildet sind, wobei die Streifen bzw. Ringe ( 7, 8) in einem jeweiligen den Streifen ( 7, 8 ) entsprechenden Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, und daß die beiden Streifentrommeln ( 5, 6 ) zu einer Trommel ( 4 ) zusammengefügt sind, wobei die Streifen ( 7, 8) reißverschlußähnlich ineinandergreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,wobei die Förderelemente ( 32, 33 ) Förderbänder sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese bogenförmig geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenhalteelemente ( 24 ) aus relativ zueinander bewegbaren Streifen ( 25 ) bestehen, die an der Vorrichtung beweglich befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Streifentrommel ( 5, 6 ) ein Antriebselement ( 19, 23 ) oder -aggregat zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebselement oder -aggregat als Hydraulikmotor ( 19, 23 ) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Streifentrommeln ( 5, 6 ) von Antriebselementen in Form von Antriebsmotoren ( 19, 23 ) abwechselnd um einen Drehwinkel von 90° bis 180° bei einer kleinen Überlappung der Drehbewegungen verdrehbar sind.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Antriebsmotoren ( 19, 23 ) derart antreibbar sind, daß der erste Antriebsmotor ( 19 ) in der ersten Phase stillsteht, während der zweite Antriebsmotor ( 23 ) die zweite Streifentrommel ( 6 ) um etwa 160° dreht, daß kurz vor Erreichen der Drehung der zweiten Streifentrommel ( 6 ) um 180° der erste Antriebsmotor ( 19 ) über eine Phase von etwa 20° zugeschaltet und dann der zweite Antriebsmotor ( 23 ) abgeschaltet wird, und daß dann die erste Streifentrommel ( 5 ) um etwa 160° dreht und der zweite Motor ( 23 ) nach der Drehung von 160° der ersten Streifentrommel ( 5 ) wieder zugeschaltet wird.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Streifentrommeln ( 5, 6 ) abwechselnd um etwa 180° bei einer Überlappung von 10° durch die Antriebsmotoren ( 19, 23 ) weitergedreht werden.
