Abstract
Description
Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a device for tearing bags according to the
The preamble of
In another system there are two with drawing pins above a conveyor belt occupied rollers arranged one behind the other. The in the conveying direction of the conveyor belt seen front roller rotates at a higher speed than the rear Roller, so that due to the different speeds of the rollers Tear effect is achieved. Since the bags are only torn over a short area in many cases, the bags cannot be opened sufficiently. The consequence of this is that the bags cannot be emptied completely. It also happens that a number of sacks are not opened.
sich um die Antriebswalzen der Förderbänder und verursachen Betriebsstörungen.EP-0 563 002 A1 describes a bag ripping device according to the preambles of
Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, daß diese Art von Aufreißelementen und deren Bewegung zueinander in vielen Fällen nicht ausreichend ist, um die Säcke sicher aufzureißen und zu entleeren.DE 93 04 406 U1 shows a further device for tearing open of bags with several arranged and drivable side by side Tear-open elements made by first and second needles with counter-holding elements be formed. A conveyor belt for transporting the bags is also provided. The needles designed as tear-open elements are arranged such that they can be moved with respect to one another. However, it has been shown that this type of tear elements and their movement to each other in many cases is not sufficient to safely tear open the sacks and to empty.
DE 93 11 832 U1 is finally a device for tearing bags is known which has a filling device designed as a container. In the lower one Two endless chain strands are located on the area of the filling device which rip hooks are arranged. The neighboring dummies of the Chain strands are continuously pulled in opposite directions. The outer Housing walls of the filling device form counter-holding elements to the Drawing hook. There is a risk with this device that material is around Deflection pulleys of the chain strands winds, which cause considerable malfunctions can.
The invention has for its object a simple and functional reliable tear-open device for plastic bags, in particular, in which garbage and Recyclables are collected to create.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of

The counterhold elements form an inlet gap for the Form sacks, which preferably shrink from top to bottom.
In one embodiment, the conveyor elements are designed as rings The counter-holding element and the drum-like element are arranged in such a way that there is a filler wedge between the counter-holding elements and the drum-like Elements. The counter-holding elements are in the area of the drum Curve-like in the direction of the drum-like element.
It has been found to be advantageous that the rings are cylindrical strips. This design makes a relative movement in a surprisingly simple manner the rings arranged next to each other, which are covered with tear elements, reached so that there is an effective tear movement. Here you can also Bags completely disordered in the funnel between the counter-holding elements and the drum-like elements. You will in any case by the Tear-open elements, which are arranged on the cylindrical strips, safely torn open.
The rings are assembled into a drum-like element. Here is provided that two strip drums are formed from the cylindrical rings, the strips or rings in a respective one corresponding to the strips Are spaced from each other and that the two strip drums to one Drum are joined together, the rings similar to zippers interlock.
A simple design of the counter-holding elements is achieved in that the Counter-holding elements consist of strips which can be moved relative to one another and which are on Frame of the device are movably attached.
A simple design of the drum-like element is achieved in that the drum-like element is composed of two strip-like drums, each with a strip of one drum in the space between two adjacent strips of the other drum is arranged engaging.
It is also possible that the conveyor elements are conveyor belts that are arcuate are led.
A drive motor is assigned to each strip drum or drive shaft. A simple design of the drive motors results from the fact that these as Hydraulic motors are designed.

The device for tearing sacks has a
zueinander bewegbaren Streifen 25 bestehen.
In manchen Fällen reicht
Furthermore, the
The
The
As can be seen from the drawing and the construction of the nested
Strip drums 5 and 6 results, the strip drums 5 and 6 are about 160 °
to twist to each other. This is due to the design of the
