Claims (14)
- Drainageelement für Pressen zum Ausscheiden von Flüssigkeiten aus festen Stoffen, insbesondere für Früchtepressen, umfassend einen stabförmigen, flexiblen Drainagekern (4, 83) mit Fliesswegen (36, 76) zum Ableiten der ausgepressten Flüssigkeit aus dem Pressraum (2) und eine den Drainagekern (4, 83) umgebende, flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Filterhülle (29), wobei mindestens ein Ende des Drainageelementes an einer Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1), oder am Pressmantel der Presse befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Filterhülle (29) am Drainagekern (4, 83) in einem Abstand zu dessen Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse befestigt ist, dass ein Verbindungsstück (25, 45, 64) des Drainagekerns (4, 83), umfassend den Teil zur Befestigung der Filterhülle, den Teil zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil mindestens einen innenliegenden Saftabfluss- Kanal (37, 51, 76) aufweist und dass die Biegesteifigkeit dieses Verbindungsstückes (25, 45, 64) so gewählt ist, dass Knickvorgänge des Drainageelementes nur im Bereich des Verbindungsstückes (25, 45, 64) des Drainagekerns (4, 83) zwischen dessen Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und der Befestigung der Filterhülle (29) auftreten.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterhülle (29) im Abstand zur Befestigung des Drainageelementes an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse vorverschoben auf dem Drainagekern (4, 83) direkt oder indirekt fixiert ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innenliegende Saftabfluss- Kanal (37) des Verbindungsstückes (83) mit den Fliesswegen des Drainagekerns zum Ableiten der ausgepressten Flüssigkeit über Oeffnungen (97) verbunden ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (44, 45) des Drainagekerns (4), umfassend den Teil (44) zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29), den Teil (45) zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil über eine lösbare Verbindung mit dem Drainagekern (4) verbunden ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (25, 64) des Drainagekerns (4), umfassend den Teil zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29), den Teil zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil mit dem Drainagekern (4) verschweisst ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück des Drainagekerns (83), umfassend den Teil zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29), den Teil zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil mit dem Drainagekern (83) aus einem Teil gefertigt ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (64) des Drainagekerns (4), umfassend den Teil zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29), den Teil zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil teilweise eine zentrale axiale Bohrung (77) aufweist, die nach aussen abgeschlossen ist und im Bereich der Knickzone (73) liegt.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (25) des Drainagekerns (4), umfassend den Teil zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29), den Teil zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil am Ende mindestens eine Nut (23) zur Fixierung aufweist, in die eine Sicherungsfeder (21) als seitlicher Schieber eingreift.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück des Drainagekerns (4) zwischen der Befestigung der Filterhülle (29) und der Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse an einem dieser Teile über einen Kupplungshalter (45) montiert ist, welcher aus einem elastischen Material besteht.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29) am Verbindungsstück (25, 44) des Drainagekerns (4) eine Kombination mit einem O-Ring (27) und einer Spannhülse (26, 54) verwendet ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (54) mit dem Verbindungsstück (44) des Drainagekerns (4) über einen lösbaren Schnappverschluss (55, 56, 57) verbunden ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterhülle (29) am Verbindungsstück (64) des Drainagekerns (4) direkt mit einer oder mehreren C-förmigen Spannfedern (65) festgehalten ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterhülle (29) am Verbindungsstück des Drainagekerns (83) durch Bandagen oder Schnüre (65') befestigt ist.
- Drainageelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äussere Durchmesser des Verbindungsstückes (64) des Drainagekerns (4), umfassend den Teil zur Befestigung der Filterhülle (29), den Teil zur Befestigung an der Saftsammelplatte, Druckplatte (1) oder am Pressmantel der Presse und den zwischen diesen Teilen befindlichen Abstandsteil kleiner oder gleich dem aufgedehnten Innendurchmesser der Filterhülle (29) ist.
