Claims (14)
- Elément d'évacuation pour presses d'extraction de liquides à partir de matières solides, notamment pour des presses à fruits, comprenant une âme d'évacuation flexible (4, 83) en forme de barre avec des chemins d'écoulement (36, 76) pour évacuer le liquide exprimé de la chambre de presse (2), et une enveloppe filtrante (29) entourant l'âme d'évacuation (4, 83) et perméable aux liquides, au moins une extrémité de l'élément d'évacuation étant fixée sur une plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe filtrante (29) perméable aux liquides est fixée sur l'âme d'évacuation (4, 83) à distance de la fixation de cette dernière sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse, en ce qu'un tronçon de raccordement (25, 45, 64) de l'âme d'évacuation (4, 83), comprenant la partie pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante, la partie pour la fixation sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse et la partie d'espacement se trouvant entre ces deux parties, présente au moins un canal intérieur (37, 51, 76) d'évacuation de jus, et en ce que la résistance à la flexion de ce tronçon de raccordement (25, 45, 64) est choisie de telle sorte que des phénomènes d'inflexion de l'élément d'évacuation apparaissent uniquement dans la région du tronçon de raccordement (25, 45, 64) de l'âme d'évacuation (4, 83) qui est comprise entre la fixation de cette dernière sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse et la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29).

- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de raccordement (25, 64) de l'âme d'évacuation (4), comprenant la partie pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29), la partie pour la fixation sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse et la partie d'espacement présente entre ces deux parties, est assemblé à l'âme d'évacuation (4) par soudage.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de raccordement de l'âme d'évacuation (83), comprenant la partie pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29), la partie pour la fixation sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse et la partie d'espacement présente entre ces deux parties, est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec l'âme d'évacuation (83).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de raccordement (64) de l'âme d'évacuation (4), comprenant la partie pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29), la partie pour la fixation sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse et la partie d'espacement se trouvant entre ces deux parties, présente pour partie un perçage central axial (77), qui est fermé vers l'extérieur et se trouve dans la région de la zone d'inflexion (73).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de raccordement (25) de l'âme d'évacuation (4), comprenant la partie pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29), la partie pour la fixation sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse et la partie d'espacement présente entre ces deux parties, présente au moins une rainure (23) pour sa fixation en position, dans laquelle s'engage un ressort d'arrêt (21) conçu comme verrou latéralement coulissant.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de raccordement de l'âme d'évacuation (4) est, entre la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29) et la fixation sur la plaque collectrice de jus (plaque de pression 1) ou sur la surface extérieure de la presse, monté sur une de ces pièces au moyen d'un support d'accouplement (45) qui est réalisé en un matériau élastique.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise, pour la fixation de l'enveloppe filtrante (29) sur le tronçon de raccordement (25, 44) de l'âme d'évacuation (4), une combinaison d'un joint torique (27) et d'une douille de serrage (26, 54).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la douille de serrage (54) est assemblée au tronçon de raccordement (44) de l'âme d'évacuation (4) au moyen d'un assemblage détachable à enclenchement (55, 56, 57).
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe filtrante (29) est fixée directement sur le tronçon de raccordement (64) de l'âme d'évacuation (4) par un ou plusieurs ressorts de serrage (65) en forme de C.
- Elément d'évacuation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe filtrante (29) est fixée sur le tronçon de raccordement de l'âme d'évacuation (83) par des bandages ou des cordelettes (65').
