und 7 zueinander gewährleistet.A

Ziehen des Filters 6 über die Stulpe 8.As shown in Fig. 1, the
ablagernde Feststoffe. The sharp kinking of the
The invention is based on the object Disadvantages, especially the high filter wear to avoid a device of the type mentioned. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a Filter attachment solved, in which the liquid permeable filter cover on the drainage core in a distance to its attachment to the Juice collecting plate, pressure plate or on the press jacket of the Is attached to a connector of the press Drainage core, comprising the part for fastening the Filter cover, the part for attachment to the Juice collecting plate, pressure plate or on the press jacket of the Press and the one between these parts Spacer at least one internal juice drainage channel and the bending stiffness of this Connector is chosen so that the buckling of the Drainage element only in the area of the connector of the Drainage core between its attachment to the Juice collecting plate, pressure plate or on the press jacket of the Press and the attachment of the filter cover occur.
It proves to be particularly advantageous if in
Kink area of the drainage element of the liquid drain
not through external channels on the drainage core, but
through one or more central channels. On
in this way, those described in FIG. 1

Another advantage of the invention is that by the spatial separation of the filter fixation and the Attachment of the free ends of the drainage element in the Pressure plates the components for the individual functions very much can be made compact. This results in Cost advantages especially with the elements for fastening the drainage element in the pressure plates and at Fixation of the pressure plate in the fruit press.
Another advantage achieved by the invention is that that on another wearing part of the known solution, namely the flexible cuff 8, can be dispensed with. Filter damage that can be avoided as Occur as a result of torn cuffs.
The invention is in the following description and Drawings that illustrate embodiments, closer explained.

O-Ring 24 verwendet. As can be seen in FIG. 2, there are one in each

Ein scharfes Abknicken des Drainageelementes 3 während des
Pressvorganges erfolgt erfindungsgemäss in einem
biegeweichen, filterfreien Teil 35 des Kupplungsstückes 25
zwischen der Sicherungsfeder 28 zur Filterfixierung und der
Einspannstelle des Kupplungsstuckes 25 im Kupplungshalter

beansprucht.A sharp kinking of the
geleitet. Um eine Verminderung des Ablaufquerschnittes beim
Abknicken des Drainageelementes 3 im biegeweichen Teil 35
des Kupplungstückes 25 zu vermeiden, ist der Ablaufkanal 37
mit drei Stegen 18 abgestützt. Die Abstützung des
Ablaufkanales 37 kann alternativ auch über eine nicht
gezeigte separate Spiralfeder erfolgen, die in den
Ablaufkanal 37 eingeschoben wird. The liquid flowing out of the
einschiebbare Sicherungsfeder 28 gegen axiale Verschiebung
gesichert.
zwischen Spannhülse 26 und dem O-Ring 27.The fixation of the

schon in Fig. 2 erklärte Bauelemente die dort angegebenen
Bezugszeichen. Hier ist ein Drainagekern 4 mit einem
Kupplungsteil 42 lösbar durch einen Querstift 43 verbunden.
Der Kupplungsteil 42 besteht aus einem Kernhalter 44,
beispielsweise aus Kunststoff, und einem einteiligen
Kupplungshalter 45 mit flexiblem Knickbereich 46, die durch
Schweissen oder Kleben fest miteinander verbunden sind. Die
Verbindung vom freien Ende des Kupplungshalters 45 mit
einer Druckplatte 1 erfolgt mit Hilfe einer Distanzbuchse
17 und eines Sicherungsringes 13 wie bereits bei Fig. 1
beschrieben.

O-Ring 27 in Richtung Druckplatte 1 aufgeschoben.
