Definitions
- the invention relates in particular to the Laying reinforcement bars / mats or the like Spacer bar to be used, with in the longitudinal direction undulating foot edge, which by the lower edges of upright shaft sections forming walls, and with a top Head area for supporting the reinforcement bars / mats, which is designed as a continuous web.
- a spacer bar of this type is through that DE-U-90 13 975 known. There sit the shaft sections forming walls up to the head area the way that the upper narrow edge of the walls takes the same undulation as the foot edge. In The relation to the continuous web results from Seen above, roughly the image of a silhouette Aesculapius staff. Given the vertically congruent The amplitude of the support area is therefore practical just as wide as the support area opposite the bar a footprint. The foot edge is also in Disengaged in the direction of the footprint, see above that overall smaller footprints are created.
- the present application is aware of this requirement based on the task of spacer strips Generic type structurally simple, stable and to train against tipping.
- the spacer bar created proves proved to be highly stable despite the relatively thin-walled last material.
- the transition zones between the wave sections act like integrated, the level of the head area crossing clamps between the wave crests.
- Such spacer strips do not only take what is intended Weight of the reinforcement bars / mesh but tolerate due to the extensive side overhangs even inspection. Through the pointed roof-like The spacer strips are cantilevered a good basis.
- the shaft sections are equipped with openings. It can be here are holes, also punched holes. Bring this a connection of the concrete across the bar through, but are not specifically for these reasons Required because concrete is practically not resilient on train is.
- the breakthroughs can be in the area of the wave crests of the shaft sections lie.
- the openings in the wave flanks of the wave sections are arranged.
- the common longitudinal line is a straight line.
- Cheap is it that the longitudinal line straight line with the Edge of the continuous web covers.
- Such one Last profile is above all lighter constructions Reserved.
- the thickness of the Web approximately corresponds to the material thickness of the bar.
- construction will take place proceeded in a simple manner so that the continuous Bridge with one leg partially on one Side overlying shaft sections. Leading practically to an L-profile.
- the invention also proposes that the or the legs of the web are the same width over their entire length owns or own.
- the strips can be nested are (Wellenberg in Wellental). At by the This occurs in one outgoing thighs Overlapping position of these legs.
- the web in symmetrical T-profile to The waveform of the bar is arranged. Hereby lie the same on both sides of the corresponding plane of symmetry Support conditions before and therefore a balanced one Load transfer.
- a structural, especially stabilizing is then also that the foot edge is designed as an angling of the bar. Here is first a perpendicular to the assembly plane or footprint aligned angled Wrinkle course thought.
- the lower edge of the bar L forms on the finished product an edge of the foot 1. It is used to achieve positioning meandered.
- the footprint is 2. It can here around a top of a formwork or one act applied insulation layer.
- the upper edge of said bar L forms a head area 3.
- Said head area 3 serves to support reinforcing bars / mats 4, for known reasons in one everywhere the same distance x to the floor space 2 should / must be.
- the footprint 2 or the The rear of the insulation forms the later visible surface of the object. This is mostly from this visible surface corrodible reinforcing steel sufficiently spaced so that, for example, no rust spots arise.
- the distance x also forms the Height of the bar L, which height is also denoted by x is.
- the transition areas head area 3 to bar L are on a common longitudinal line y-y of the as continuous Bridge 5 designed head area 3.
- the relatively short web 5 extends perpendicular to Footprint 2.
- the bar L goes in the form of adjoining shaft sections I, II out.
- the meandering foot edge 1 changes from one side to the other side of the spacer A, where the change point is shown by the vertical plane E-E is defined which is the common Longitudinal line y-y intersects.
- the longitudinal line y-y is like 1, etc., a straight line.
- the straight line coincides with the upper front edge 6 of the continuous web 5.
- the wave structure leads or zigzag structure of bar L on the transverse side projections of the same length of the shaft sections I, II.
- the Level E-E is therefore also a level of symmetry. in the Seen cross-section, arises from the mutual A ledge body protrudes in outline from the ledge walls in the form of an approximately equilateral triangle in practical pointed roof-like shape, with a longer side length in the base forming area of the spacer A preference would be given.
- the wave structure of the bar L can, as from some Embodiments emerged, richly broken be. That not only leads to one again today interesting material saving, but also to a Reducing the weight of the spacers A.
- the Bridge function to the surrounding concrete is of secondary importance.
- the openings have the reference number 7. You can be punched or drilled depending on the one used Spacer manufacturing material. In this regard can be used both on rigid PVC and on metal, especially sheet steel strips.
- the openings 7 are according to the third embodiment of the spacer A in the area of the wave flanks the shaft sections I, II.
- the openings are in the fourth embodiment 7 in the area of the wave crests or zigzag peaks or cut zigzag tips of the shaft sections I, II. But as can be seen in Figure 8, grab the perforations positioned in the area of the wave crests 7 there also a little bit into the wave flanks about.
- the head area is then 3 linearly reinforced or stiffened. This goes from the top of the web 5 of the bar L a parallel to Level of the foot edge 1 lying leg 8 (see Figure 5). It is of such a length that it is on the one, the left hand side of the drawing, the shaft sections there II overlaid. The vertical coverage takes about a quarter of the projection length of the shaft sections there II a.
- FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 shows an exemplary embodiment which is being developed the variant of Figure 5 one in the opposite direction to leg 8 facing second leg 9 has. This second one too, in the common web 5 rooting leg 9 partially overlaps that on the other, right side shaft sections I.
- Both in Figure 5 and in Figure 4 keep the legs 8 or 8.9 over the entire length of the same width. In any case, with these solutions there is a contact surface for the reinforcing bars / mesh 4 acting front edge 6 significantly widened compared to Figure 2.
- Both the thickness of the web 5 and the thickness of the horizontal leg 8, 9 of the bar L rooted therein are the same. They are between 1.5 and 3 mm, depending on the material used (plastic, steel).
- the spacer A according to the third and fourth exemplary embodiment differs except for the one explained Placement of the openings 7 in that the Foot edge 1 at the end of a bend 10 of the bar L is formed.
- the bend 10 extends essentially vertical to the footprint 2. It interrupts obtuse the in the other embodiments continuous slope of the exhibited wave back.
- the bend 10 accounts for about a third up to a fifth of the length of the beveled ridges.
- the bend 10 has a stiffening effect, especially in the installation area. Such is welcome because according to the third and fourth exemplary embodiments Footprints compared to a continuous one Foot edge 1 are significantly reduced, just to the areas of the bends 10.
- the foot edge 1 is interrupted into individual sections, which only cover the shorter areas of the Vertex zones or wave ridges of the wave sections I, II extend.
- the latter have a dimensioned on the tendon 12 Length that is reduced by about six to eight times is. This means that there is only a very small footprint recognizable on the visible surface; under use such spacers A can therefore exposed concrete surfaces getting produced.
- the bridge-shaped parts run over a facet edge 13 into the openings there 7 having wave edges.
- the working surfaces of the ram rakes take into account the Desired deformation or shaping in relation to the Type of bend 10 or 10 '.
- One of the extruding ones is also used to generate the waves Device downstream of the nozzle with tooth-like interlocking toothed wheels conceivable, which in turn creates the desired molding impressions.
- the Bags 14 are here as there simply as wall protrusions realized.
- the spacers A can be nested to save space. This is done according to the first embodiment with direct contact with the surfaces of the identical undulated strips L, in the other exemplary embodiments in bringing about an overlapping position of the Bars 8.
- the stack can be delivered in bulk.
- the one with the longitudinal center line is a coincident line of division marked with Z Regarding the profile bar also lies here in the origin one in the plastic extrusion process extruded ribbon strip obtained with one designed on the lateral edge edges 17, 18 Head area as it comes from the most varied Exemplary embodiments of the drawing figures 1 to 23 results.
- Fig. 18 The product produced by cutting is in Fig. 18 shown in perspective. It is structurally similar the embodiment shown in Figs. 6 and 7. The reference numbers are used accordingly.
- Double bar LL is also advantageous in this regard.
- the insertion eyes 19 can according to the embodiment 19, 20 may be arranged in series, so that a comb-like Formations are formed with the same material.
- the each adjacent insertion eyes 19 delimiting tines or projections 21 run out like a club. On this creates the opposite of the maximum clear Cross section of eyelet opening significantly reduced eyelet opening 20.
- the projections circumscribing the insertion eyes 19 21 are symmetrical and point in the direction of the head area 3 a widened foot 22.
- the free ends 23 of the projections 21 are there against one another directed to form the significantly smaller here held eyelet opening 20.
- shaft sections I, II used is general meant; it doesn't need a real curl to act, but only one reciprocal cantilever of the walls of bar L going to level E-E or LL.
- the zigzag structure shown is just as beneficial as the one broken in the tips zigzag structure.
- meandering Gradients of the foot edge 1 can also be realized like even more trapezoidal contours.
