- the straight line coincides with the upper front edge 6 of the continuous web 5.
- the wave structure leads or zigzag structure of bar L on the transverse side projections of the same length of the shaft sections I, II.
- the Level E-E is therefore also a level of symmetry. in the Seen cross-section, arises from the mutual A ledge body protrudes in outline from the ledge walls in the form of an approximately equilateral triangle in practical pointed roof-like shape, with a longer side length in the base forming area of the spacer A preference would be given.
- the wave structure of the bar L can, as from some Embodiments emerged, richly broken be. That not only leads to one again today interesting material saving, but also to a Reducing the weight of the spacers A.
- the Bridge function to the surrounding concrete is of secondary importance.
- the openings have the reference number 7. You can be punched or drilled depending on the one used Spacer manufacturing material. In this regard can be used both on rigid PVC and on metal, especially sheet steel strips.
- the openings 7 are according to the third embodiment of the spacer A in the area of the wave flanks the shaft sections I, II.
- the openings are in the fourth embodiment 7 in the area of the wave crests or zigzag peaks or cut zigzag tips of the shaft sections I, II. But as can be seen in Figure 8, grab the perforations positioned in the area of the wave crests 7 there also a little bit into the wave flanks about.
- the head area is then 3 linearly reinforced or stiffened. This goes from the top of the web 5 of the bar L a parallel to Level of the foot edge 1 lying leg 8 (see Figure 5). It is of such a length that it is on the one, the left hand side of the drawing, the shaft sections there II overlaid. The vertical coverage takes about a quarter of the projection length of the shaft sections there II a.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates in particular to the Laying reinforcement bars / mats or the like Spacer bar to be used, with in the longitudinal direction undulating foot edge, which by the lower edges of upright shaft sections forming walls, and with a top Head area for supporting the reinforcement bars / mats, which is designed as a continuous web.
A spacer bar of this type is through that DE-U-90 13 975 known. There sit the shaft sections forming walls up to the head area the way that the upper narrow edge of the walls takes the same undulation as the foot edge. In The relation to the continuous web results from Seen above, roughly the image of a silhouette Aesculapius staff. Given the vertically congruent The amplitude of the support area is therefore practical just as wide as the support area opposite the bar a footprint. The foot edge is also in Disengaged in the direction of the footprint, see above that overall smaller footprints are created.
The present application is aware of this requirement based on the task of spacer strips Generic type structurally simple, stable and to train against tipping.
Verfahren. This problem is solved by the one specified in
Jeweils anschließende Ansprüche geben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen bzw. Verfahrensschritte an.Subsequent claims give advantageous further developments or procedural steps.
As a result of such a configuration is a generic one Spacer bar created that is easier can be produced and still in its stability classic spacer bar is not inferior. The undulated foot edge provides a good base, with a shortest path at the top the edge there is realized. The load suspension happens according to the on a common longitudinal line limited head area completely tilt-free. Concrete this simple solution is characterized by that the top narrow edge of the walls of the shaft sections opaque to the head area and the walls going out of it, through a pointed roof-like, mutual Cantilever on opposite sides of the head area form the undulating base of the foot. The corresponding Structure is also comparable to a flag, which is linear on the mast side and towards the free end swells. The spacer bar created proves proved to be highly stable despite the relatively thin-walled last material. The transition zones between the wave sections act like integrated, the level of the head area crossing clamps between the wave crests. Such spacer strips do not only take what is intended Weight of the reinforcement bars / mesh but tolerate due to the extensive side overhangs even inspection. Through the pointed roof-like The spacer strips are cantilevered a good basis.
Mainly to save material and it also turns out to be weight loss furthermore as advantageous that the shaft sections are equipped with openings. It can be here are holes, also punched holes. Bring this a connection of the concrete across the bar through, but are not specifically for these reasons Required because concrete is practically not resilient on train is. The breakthroughs can be in the area of the wave crests of the shaft sections lie.
An alternative, too advantageous solution is that the openings in the wave flanks of the wave sections are arranged. It also proves to be advantageous that the common longitudinal line is a straight line. Cheap is it that the longitudinal line straight line with the Edge of the continuous web covers. Such one Last profile is above all lighter constructions Reserved. Here it is enough if the thickness of the Web approximately corresponds to the material thickness of the bar. In the case of larger load pick-ups to be expected, construction will take place proceeded in a simple manner so that the continuous Bridge with one leg partially on one Side overlying shaft sections. Leading practically to an L-profile. The one so enlarged L-legs bringing head area could be smooth on the top run through; on the other hand, there would also be one Support roughening when the undulation of the groin is even discarding the surface even in the thigh forming section e.g. in the form of smaller vertical wrinkles. That would come from the one mentioned at the beginning Springtime reached by special mandrels or warts Roughening equal. It is also proposed that the Bridge with a second leg partially on the other shaft sections overlaps. The leads to a T-profile with regard to the bar.
About that the invention also proposes that the or the legs of the web are the same width over their entire length owns or own. There is also an advantageous one Design in such a way that the strips can be nested are (Wellenberg in Wellental). At by the This occurs in one outgoing thighs Overlapping position of these legs. It is advantageous then that the web in symmetrical T-profile to The waveform of the bar is arranged. Hereby lie the same on both sides of the corresponding plane of symmetry Support conditions before and therefore a balanced one Load transfer. A structural, especially stabilizing A special feature is then also that the foot edge is designed as an angling of the bar. Here is first a perpendicular to the assembly plane or footprint aligned angled Wrinkle course thought. To be as small as possible To get support surfaces of the spacer brings the invention further in proposal that the bottom of the foot too Individual sections are broken, each one only over the short areas of the apex zone of the shaft sections extend and bridge-shaped between these areas Grooves in the course of the lower edge of the last leave. The support surfaces are in maximum Cross spacing to the course of the bar.
Soll dagegen
hin offene Taschen bildet.
So
können bspw. maßlich abgestimmte Stäbe praktisch im
Kopfbereich verrastet werden. Eine vorteilhafte Steckzuordnungshilfe
besteht dabei darin, daß die freien Enden
der Vorsprünge gegensinnig ausgestellt sind.Should against it
the specific surface pressure can be reduced here,
takes advantage of a solution in that the
Angling in the area of the foot edge towards the inside of the wave arc
forms open pockets. Here is the material wall
with marginal retraction of the wall material
the waves enlarged. Such an enlarged contact area
can not or hardly at all in for example
Press in the underlying insulation material.
An advantageous method of making a spacer
results in particular according to
An optimized one Process for producing a in the form of a Longitudinally formed wavy ledge Spacers with head area and alternately cantilevered foot edge ultimately results from that one trained with mutual protuberances Profile bar of double width as the height a spacer bar with side edges generated according to the head area and then the protuberance walls on the longitudinal center line be divided. The same can be done in addition over the Head area are practiced so that even instead of one Double strip basic structure creates entire webs and such be divided.
It also proves to be advantageous if before cutting into the protuberance walls Holes or openings are formed. Finally, it is also an advantage that this profile strip is produced in the plastic extrusion process.

gleichlangen Auskragungen der Wellenabschnitte I,II. Die
Ebene E-E ist daher zugleich eine Symmetrie-Ebene. Im
Querschnitt gesehen, entsteht durch das wechselseitige
Auskragen der Leistenwände umrißmäßig ein Leistenkörper
in Form eines etwa gleichseitigen Dreiecks in praktisch
spitzdach-ähnlicher Gestalt, wobei einer größeren Seitenlänge
im basisbildenden Bereich des Abstandshalters A
der Vorzug gegeben würde.Starting from the
The wave structure of the bar L can, as from some Embodiments emerged, richly broken be. That not only leads to one again today interesting material saving, but also to a Reducing the weight of the spacers A. The Bridge function to the surrounding concrete is of secondary importance.
The openings have the

While the bar L according to Figure 5 in cross-section leads an L-profile, with regard to the bar L in Figure 4 can be spoken of a T-profile.

Both in Figure 5 and in Figure 4 keep the
I,II erstrecken. Wie den Figuren 6 und 7 sowie 8 und
9 entnehmbar, liegen zwischen diesen kürzeren, aufsetzenden
Bereichen der Fußkante 1 brückenbogenförmige Auskehlungen
solcher Abstandshalter A können daher Sichtbetonflächen

flankenseitige Bereiche der Wellenabschnitte I,II innenseitig
fortsetzende und dort auslaufende Fußfläche 1'.

im Mittelbereich der Fußkante 1 aus. Auf diese Weise

Ein vorteilhaftes Verfahren zur Herstellung eines
Abstandshalters A insbesondere nach Anspruch 1 besteht

zu entgegengesetzten Wellenabschnitten I,II auskragen.

The product produced by cutting is in Fig. 18 shown in perspective. It is structurally similar the embodiment shown in Figs. 6 and 7.

The same applies in principle to the eighth embodiment (Figs.
