Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour cercler en particulier des marchandises compressibles à emballer (11), telles que des feuilles de carton ondulé ou similaires, à l'aide d'un moyen de cerclage en forme de bande (14), en particulier d'une bande en matière thermoplastique, comprenant une réserve de moyen de cerclage (12), au moins un cadre de guidage de moyen de cerclage (20 à 24) disposé dans un plan vertical, une plaque de pression (16) pour comprimer les marchandises à emballer (11), un organe de scellement (18) pour les extrémités du moyen de cerclage (14) tendu autour des marchandises à emballer (11), le cas échéant un magasin de moyen de cerclage (19) pour tenir à disposition une quantité de moyen de cerclage devant l'organe de scellement (18), un dispositif d'entrée de moyen de cerclage (27), et un dispositif de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) situé entre la réserve de moyen de cerclage (12) et l'organe de scellement (18) ou le magasin de moyen de cerclage (19), l'organe de scellement (18) et le cas échéant le magasin de moyen de cerclage (19) étant disposés avec une possibilité de déplacement vertical avec la plaque de pression (16), tandis que la réserve de moyen de cerclage (12) est disposée près du sol, sur le côté, à l'extérieur de la zone de cerclage et de la plaque de pression (16), le dispositif de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) comprenant au moins un passage de moyen de cerclage (30) en forme de canal qui mène à l'organe de scellement (18) ou au magasin de moyen de cerclage (19), et le dispositif d'entrée de moyen de cerclage (27) étant accessible par le côté extérieur du dispositif, où se trouve la réserve de moyen de cerclage (12), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entrée de moyen de cerclage (27) est associé à la portion inférieure d'un canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) qui s'étend verticalement à côté d'un montant (15) du cadre de cerclage (20, 21, 24, 22, 23) et le long duquel un dispositif de déviation de moyen de cerclage (29) est guidé avec une possibilité de déplacement en hauteur et de manière synchrone avec la plaque de pression (16) pour transmettre le moyen de cerclage (14) au passage de moyen de cerclage (30), et le canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) comporte, sur sa face tournée vers la zone de cerclage, un dispositif de fermeture de canal (lèvres 39) qui est ouvert automatiquement par le déplacement du dispositif de déviation de moyen de cerclage (29).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'insertion de moyen de cerclage (25) est associé au dispositif d'entrée de moyen de cerclage (27).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) correspond à un montant (15) du cadre de cerclage et le dispositif de déviation d'angle (29) correspond au dispositif de déviation d'angle (33) qui dévie le moyen de cerclage à la sortie du canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (21) du montant (15) pour l'amener dans la direction horizontale.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) présente la même longueur qu'un canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (21) associé au montant (15) du cadre de cerclage, mais est décalé vers le haut par rapport à celui-ci.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes, comprenant au moins deux cadres de guidage de moyen de cerclage (20 à 24) qui sont disposés dans des plans verticaux parallèles (E1, E2) et entre lesquels l'organe de scellement (18) et le cas échéant le magasin de moyen de cerclage (19) peuvent se déplacer, caractérisé en ce que le canal de guidage de moyen de cerclage (28) est disposé entre deux montants (15) des cadres de guidage de moyen de cerclage (20 à 24), et le passage de moyen de cerclage (30) est monté pivotant entre le dispositif de déviation de moyen de cerclage (29) et l'organe de scellement (18) ou le magasin de moyen de cerclage (19).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le passage de moyen de cerclage (30) est accouplé avec une possibilité de pivotement forcé avec l'organe de scellement (18) ou le magasin de moyen de cerclage (19).
