Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von mindestens einem flüssigen Medium auf eine laufende Materialbahn, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, miteinem Auftragswerk (3) für das flüssige Medium,einer dem Auftragswerk (3) zugeordneten Walze (2) zur Aufnahme des flüssigen Mediums bei indirektem Auftrag oder zum Führen der Materialbahn (1) bei direktem Auftrag,
wobei
das Auftragswerk (3) in einem abwärtslaufenden Sektor der Mantelfläche der Walze (2) angeordnet ist,einem an dem Auftragswerk (3) angeordneten Rakelelement (4) sowie einer entgegen der Drehrichtung der Walze (2) im Abstand zum Rakelelement (4) am Auftragswerk (3) angeordneten Stauleiste (7),einem Rakelbett (5), das ein Querschnittsprofil aufweist miteiner Fußleiste (5b), die im Auftragswerk (3) befestigt ist, und miteiner in Walzenumlaufrichtung von der Fußleiste (5b) abgewinkelten Flanke (5a), welche das Rakelelement (4) aufnimmt,
wobei die Querschnittserstreckung der Fußleiste (5b) in Richtung (Pfeil R) auf die Walze (2) zu und eine an dem Rukelelement (4) in Walzenumfangsrichtun an die Mantelfläche der Walze (2) angelegte Tangente (Pfeil T) einem Winkel (α) von im Wesentlichen 90° oder größer ein schließen, undwobei das Rakelelement (4), die abgewinkelte Flanke (5a), die Stauleiste (7) und der jeweils zwischen dem Rakelelement (4) und der Stauleiste (7) befindliche Abschnitt der Walzenmantelfläche eine Auftragskammer (6) einschließen,wobei die Fußleiste (5b) einen Zufuhrspalt (9) zur Zuführung des Flüssigen Mediums in die Auftragskammer (6) begrenzt, sowieeiner am Auftragswerk (3) vorgesehenen Ablauffläche (8), über die überschüssiges, aus der Auftragskammer (6) über die Stauleiste (7) austretendes flüssiges Medium unter dem Einfluss der Schwerkraft abfließt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ablauffläche (8) mit einer horizontalen Ebene (26) einen spitzen Winkel (β) einschließt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der abwärtslaufende Sektor der Mantelfläche der Walze (2) sich bezüglich einer durch die Walzenachse verlaufenden horizontalen Ebene um einen Bogenwinkelbereich von 30° nach oben und einen Bogenwinkelbereich von 90° nach unten erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der abwärtslaufende Sektor der Mantelfläche der Walze (2) sich von einer durch die Walzenachse verlaufenden horizontalen Ebene um einen Bogenwinkelbereich von etwa 90° nach unten erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Auftragswerk (3) mit einer Andruckeinrichtung (18, 19, 20, 21) für das Rakelelement (4) versehen ist, deren Andruckkraft über die Walzenbreite variabel einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Einstellung der Andruckkraft mittels Stellelementen (20, 21; 24, 21) manuell oder motorisch erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stellelemente als biegsame Spindelwellen (20) ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Rakelbett (5) so im Auftragswerk (3) angeordnet ist, daß die Kraft (K), welche das Rakelbett (5) im Auftragswerk (3) hält, nahezu senkrecht zur Kraft (P) steht, welche das Rakelelement (4) an die Walze (2) andrückt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich beim Auftragswerk (3) ein Zufuhrkanal (11) für das flüssige Medium und die Ablauffläche (8) bezüglich der Walzenumfangsrichtung jeweils auf verschiedenen Seiten der Stauleiste (7) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich beim Auftragswerk (3) ein Zufuhrkanal (11) für das flüssige Medium und die Ablauffläche (8) bezüglich der Walzenumfangsrichtung jeweils auf der gleichen Seite der Stauleiste (7) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich der Zufuhrkanal (11) und ein Überlauf kanal (25), der eine Verlängerung der Ablauffläche (8) ist, im Querschnitt durch das Auftragswerk (3) betrachtet, überkreuzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
beim Auftragswerk (3) ein Zufuhrspalt (9) zum Zuführen des flüssigen Mediums in die Auftragskammer (6) bezogen auf Walzenachse in etwa radial in die Auftragskammer (6) einmündet.
