Claims (6)
- Baustoff-Trogmischer mit einer verschleißfesten Auskleidung,bestehend aus einer Vielzahl dicht nebeneinander angeordneter auswechselbarer Verschleißplatten,die auf der Innenwand (2) des Mischtrogs (1) aufliegend nach Art eines Stützbogens verspannt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verschleißplatten (3) längs ihrer achsparallel zum Trogmischer (1) liegenden Kanten je eine paarweise konvex-konkave komplementäre keilförmige nut-/federähnliche Formgestaltung (4) aufweisen, unddaß über den Umfang des Trogmischers (1) betrachtet den freien Kanten der Verschleißplatten (3) achsparallel zum Trogmischer (1) betrachtet mindestens eine gemeinsame Spannleiste (6,7) mit einer der konvex-konkaven keilförmigen nut-/federähnlichen Formgestaltung (4) entsprechenden Kantenausbildung (8,9) zugeordnet ist. - Baustoff-Trogmischer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mindestens eine der Spannleisten (6,7) in Umfangsrichtung betrachtet nachstellbar (Langlöcher 10) ausgebildet ist. - Baustoff-Trogmischer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verschleißplatten (3) längs ihrer in Umfangsrichtung liegenden Kanten jeweils paarweise komplementär entsprechend einer konvex-konkaven keilförmigen nut-/federähnlichen Formgestaltung ausgebildet sind. - Baustoff-Trogmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die konvex-konkave keilförmige nut-/federähnliche Formgestaltung (4) so ist, daß beim Verspannen der Spannleiste (6,7) an den Verschleißplatten (3) eine radial nach außen wirkende Vorspannung entsteht. - Baustoff-Trogmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen der Innenwand (2) des Trogmischers (1) und den Verschleißplatten (3) eine plastische Masse und/oder eine Kunststoffauflage und/oder eine Gummimatte vorgesehen ist (sind). - Baustoff-Trogmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verschleißplatten (3',3'') jeweils an ihren achsparallel zum Trogmischer (1) liegenden Kanten konkav oder konvex keilförmig ausgebildet sind, und daß je eine Verschleißplatte mit konkaven Kantenausbildungen und eine solche mit konvexen Kantenausbildungen einander benachbart angeordnet sind.
