Claims (8)
- Farbroller mit einem mit Handgriff versehenen Tragbügel (11) aus Kunststoff, auf dessen vorderes Ende eine Farbrolle (20; 30) drehbar aufgesetzt und verrastet ist, wobei der Handgriff (12) ebenfalls au Kunststoff besteht und einstückig mit dem Tragbügel (11) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff des Tragbügels (11) faserverstärkt, vorzugsweise glasfaserverstärkt, und in seinem Querschnitt an die bei Betrieb auftretenden Belastung angepaßt ist, indem der Querschnitt des Tragbügels (11) von seinem vorderen Ende zum Handgriff (12) hin kontinuierlich oder zumindest abschnittsweise zunimmt.
- Farbroller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Tragbügels (11) oval ist, wobei die längere Hauptachse in Richtung der Beanspruchung weist.
- Farbroller nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragbügel (11) an seinem freien Ende einen Längsschlitz (14) aufweist, so daß zumindest zwei Federzungen (15) gebildet sind, die an ihrem freien Ende eine Rastnase (15a) tragen.
- Farbroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende des Tragbügels (11) sich konisch verjüngt.
- Farbroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Tragbügel (11) in Abstand von dessen freiem Ende ein Anschlag (16) ausgebildet ist, der die Axialbewegung der Farbrolle (20;30) begrenzt.
- Farbroller nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbrolle (20) eine axiale Innenhülse (21) aufweist, die mit ihrem inneren Ende (21a) an dem Anschlag (16) anliegt und an ihrem äußeren Ende (21b) von den Rastnasen (15a) hintergriffen ist.
- Farbroller nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbrolle aus Schaumstoff besteht und die Innenhülse durch Aufschmelzen und Verfestigen von Schaumstoff gebildet ist.
- Farbroller nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbrolle (30) einen rohrförmigen Träger (31) aufweist, der an seinen axialen Enden jeweils eine Endscheibe (32,33) besitzt, wobei der Tragbügel (11) durch die Endscheiben (32,33) hindurchgeführt ist und die eine Endscheibe (32) an dem Anschlag (16) anliegt und die andere Endscheibe (33) von den Rastnasen (15a) hintergriffen ist.
