Claims (10)
- Vorderbacken einer Skibindung mit einem auf einer skifest montierbaren Grundplatte (12) angeordneten Gehäuse (14), mindestens einem Sohlenhalter (18), der über einen federbeaufschlagten Zuganker (24) in seiner Grundposition gehalten ist, wobei die Vorspannung der den Zuganker (24) beaufschlagenden Feder (30), deren eines Ende sich am Gehäuse und deren anderes Ende sich an einem Schraubkopf des Zugankers abstützt, durch Verdrehen des Schraubkopfes einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schraubkopf des Zugankers als Kupplungsschraube (26) ausgebildet ist, die mit einer auf diese aufsteckbaren Kappe (28) kuppelbar ist und daß die aufsteckbare Kappe (28) in einem abnehmbaren Gehäuseteil (16) derart einsetzbar ist, daß sie von außen verdrehbar ist. - Vorderbacken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Sohlenhalter (18, 20) über einen Gelenkbolzen (22) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind und daß der Zuganker (24, 26) an dem Gelenkbolzen (22) angreift.
- Vorderbacken nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsschraube (26) einen Kupplungsteil aufweist, der aus einer kreisrunden Scheibe (48) mit mehreren gleichmäßig auf Umfang angeordneten Vorsprüngen (50) besteht, und daß die Kappe (28) einen trichterförmigen Kupplungsteil aufweist, in welchem entsprechend zu den Vorsprüngen (50) der Kupplungsschraube (26) in Richtung zur Symmetrielinie längs verlaufende Nuten (52) ausgenommen sind.
- Vorderbacken nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsteil der Kupplungsschraube (26) acht Vorsprünge (50) auf Umfang aufweist.
- Vorderbacken nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem abnehmbaren Gehäuseteil (16) zusätzlich eine Anzeigeeinrichtung (32) zur Anzeige der Einstellung der Skibindung verschieblich geführt ist.
- Vorderbacken nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzeigeeinrichtung (32) mit der drehbar in das abnehmbare Gehäuseteil (16) eingesetzten Kappe (28) kinematisch gekoppelt ist.
- Vorderbacken nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Bereich des Kappenmantels ein Außengewinde (38) angeordnet ist, mit dem ein entsprechendes Gewinde (46) der Anzeigeeinrichtung (32) kämmt.
- Vorderbacken nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Bereich des Kappenmantels auf Umfang Abflachungen (40) vorgesehen sind, die an innerhalb des abnehmbaren Gehäuseteils (16) angeordneten, zumindest teilweise elastischen Zungen anliegen.
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Vorderbackens nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst der Sohlenhalter (18, 20) mit dem Zuganker (24, 26) und der zwischen dem Gehäuse (14) und der Kupplungsschraube (26) des Zugankers angeordneten Feder (30) montiert wird und daß anschließend das abnehmbare Gehäuseteil (16), in dem die drehbare Kappe (28) eingesetzt ist, aufgesteckt und fixiert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Aufsetzen des abnehmbaren Gehäuseteils (16) die Federvorspannung durch Verdrehen der Kupplungsschraube (26) des Zugankers auf einen vorbestimmten Wert eingestellt wird und daß in dem abnehmbaren Gehäuseteil (16) die verschieblich geführte Anzeigeeinrichtung (32) auf den Wert eingestellt wird, der der Federvorspannung entspricht.
