Claims (10)
- Dämpfer einer Anlage zum Fixieren von Farbstoffen mittels Dampf, insbesondere Sattdampf, auf textilen florförmigen Warenbahnen wie Teppichbahnen mit einer zumindest oben dampfdichten Gehäusehaube, in der zumindest an der Deckenseite angetrieben umlaufende Warenbahnumlenkrollen zum Tragen und Transportieren der Warenbahn drehbar angeordnet sind, und einer dem Dämpfer hinter der stirnseitigen Dämpfer-Auslaufwandung folgenden Warenbahn-Waschvorrichtung, die zumindest eine Warenbahnnetz- und eine -absaugvorrichtung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dieser Waschvorrichtung (8) und dem Dämpfer (1) eine Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16, 16') ohne wesentlichen Abstand zur Dämpfer-Auslaufwandung (5) unmittelbar an dem Dämpfer (1) angeordnet ist, diese Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16, 16') mit Abstand zur Dämpfer-Auslaufwandung (5) zumindest eine erste Umlenkwalze (9', 9") zum Umlenken der Warenbahn (3) mit dem Flor nach unten aufweist, der anschließend der Rückseite der Warenbahn (3) eine Flüssigkeitsauftragseinrichtung (15', 15") und der Florseite eine Absaugvorrichtung (11, 11") zugeordnet sind, und dieses alles zumindest von einer Dampfabsaughaube (20, 20') abgedeckt ist.
- Dämpfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16) aber in unmittelbarer Nähe der Dämpfer-Auslaufwandung (5) eine Umlenkwalze (17) zum Umlenken der vor zu waschenden Warenbahn (3) in Transportrichtung der Anlage und folgend z.B. unterhalb dieser Umlenkwalze (17) diese erste Umlenkwalze (9', 9") der Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16, 16') angeordnet ist.
- Dämpfer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ersten Umlenkwalze (9') eine zweite Umlenkwalze (10') horizontal nebeneinander zugeordnet ist und zwischen diesen die Flüssigkeitsauftragseinrichtung (15') und die Absaugvorrichtung (11) angeordnet sind.
- Dämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Absaugvorrichtung ein Warenbahn-Tauchbad unmittelbar vorgeordnet ist.
- Dämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ersten Umlenkwalze (9', 9") der Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16, 16') eine die Florseite der Warenbahn (3) beaufschlagende Abstreifrakel (18) und der Rakel (18) unterhalb eine Auffangrinne (19) zugeordnet sind.
- Dämpfer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangrinne (19) kontinuierlich mit verschmutztem Abwasser gespült ist.
- Dämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfabsaughaube (20) sich über die gesamte Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16) erstreckt.
- Dämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 mit einem Dämpfer-Auslaufschlitz an der Unterseite der Dämpfer-Auslaufwandung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite der Dämpfer-Auslaufwandung (5) ein Dampf-Absaugschacht (7) angeordnet ist, der auch in Höhe des Auslaufschlitzes (6) wirksam ist.
- Dämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vor-Waschvorrichtung (16, 16') oberhalb eines Bedienungsperson-Durchgangs (21) angeordnet ist.
- Dämpfer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Aufsprühvorrichtung (15', 15"), unterhalb der Absaugvorrichtung (11', 11") eine Flüssigkeitsauffangwanne (13', 13") angeordnet ist.
